Hi,
This is Somasundaram. I have placed a order[protected] on 09/09/2009. The order is not received . I repeatedly called customer care, they said that it was dispatched from chennai to salem. When we called the salem amway office they gave a receipt number([protected]) for the courier. When we asked them they said that they had delivered that parcel to someone else. When we asked again they shouted at us, saying that whatever you can...

Indane Gas Agency phone all the time busy
Dear Sir/Madam
There is a gas agency named United Gas Agency in Rajinder Nagar- Sahibabad -U.P.Their phones are all the time busy, what is the reason I dont know, they have two phone only. For booking gas generaly
I use to call them on daily basis 50 times. If I get I am lucky otherwise I have to go to agency.
In Delhi their are a system of booking gas by computerzied telephone, it is very easy they deliver gas after 2-3 days. But here no solution.
Suggestion :- Plase develop a system for online booking thru internet on computerized telephone for gas or paying electricity. it would be more convenient to the many customers.

We would like to advise that Amway does not operate any Gas Agency. This comment has been erroneously posted by you under Amway section. We request the user to post this complaint in the section which deals with Gas Agency related issues.

iam a passenger t-garden express i will go to nag [protected]@season times but there is no train to nag ore but the works of broad-gauge is finished so i is useful to extend t-garden express to nag ore because the ain parks 12 hours there .

Yes it is true . amway customer satisfaction is poor we have ordered some products from chennai to delivery towards haryana. while delivery by mistake some ones things delivered to us and our product where they have delivered we dont know reg this we have mailed to gati and amway panipat office also
both sides responsiblities are very worst 15 th sep they found product lying in gurgaon and till 22nd sep there is no response from both amway side and gati side
lot of we are trying to contact amway. no any phone no is also not available . amazing thing amway reputed business customer tollfree contacts also timed basis. totally poor service to customers.
