Dear sir, I want to intimate you that I received my order delivery sms on my mobile on[protected] but I have still not got my item up till[protected]. whenever I place any order, such kind of problem is faced by me again and again. I am very aggrieved to mention that such problem regarding previous orders has been already reported to you by writing to you and I have been also assured that no problem will be faced by me in the coming future time regarding delivery of items. I always receive delivery sms on my phone but item is mostly delivered to me after one or more weeks of delivery sms. slackness and carelessness of courier service should be also investigated to entangle this again and again occurring problem. I hope requisite steps will be taken to solve it and my this complaint should be also referred to higher authorities for taking effective steps to eliminate this problem forever. I hope that I will not need to write to you regarding such problem in coming future.
