I made an order on 12 th october 2017 and ordered cherry iron and shaving cream and paid rs.1039 through net transfer (We ref no[protected] dated 12/10/2017).

This order was shipped by shree siddivinayak express on 15/10/17 (Awb no: 1167495)
But i recieved only the shaving cream, but the cherry iron tablets were not there in the parcel.
Regarding this i registered a compliant on 23rd oct and i was promised that the compliant will be resolved in 5 days, but when i followed it up today they siad it is still not resolved and it will take some more time.
