Analyztec — unprofessional behavior, lack of cooperation and delay in refund

I write this post to express my deepest discontent and regret of attempting of doing business with analyztec. They have been unprofessional and vague in the way they proceeded with the deal. They mishandled an institution of high repute and still continue to do so, without being apologetic about it. I have worked with different professionals, across industries, but i have never met people who have such blatant disrespect towards other people's time, money and patience. They took advance payment to conduct a programming workshop at madras school of economics. They ended up cancelling it at the last minute. We were told that the company was suffering a loss and were asked to be cooperative. However, after 2 months, they fail to refund the balance amount they took for conducting the workshop. This company claims to have an international presence, but with this level of professionalism, i sincerely doubt their claim. They have now stopped picking up the follow calls/responding to emails after defaulting on the last date of payment. I have no other choice but to put this post up. If you're planning on being associated with this company, i suggest that you don't do so as their credibility is questionable.
