Analyztec — paid for workshop. workshop got cancelled but not refunded.

With reference to the details (Regarding data analytics workshop in kuwait) provided by analyztec staffs (Rohit ahuja-via emails and phone calls @[protected] & simranjeet kaur - via linkedin), i made a payment of 16, 187 inr to the analyztec account (Acc no.: [protected]-bank of maharashtra-ifsc mahb0001244) against the workshop fee, via lulu exchange (Kuwait) on 03.11.2017.

After the payment, i was informed by the company that the payment i made was never credited to the analyztec account and the workshop has been cancelled.

Thereafter, i have not received any proper replies to mails and calls. I would like to resolve this issue by refund.
