Analyztec — unprofessional service by analytic

I've attended a one day paid session for r programming, data analytics in chennai. Initially this session was suppose to held in a hotel inside city, later they changed the venue to an outskirts and is not a easy commute location. They have mentioned a point of contact called jay singh for any issues during the session but when contacted he never responded.

The instructor was a professor but not a data scientist by profession. He delivered his own presentation outside what analyztec provided and said he will be sharing the documents which did not happened till date.

I have paid extra money for availing certificate which i've never received and i've been following up with them for more than a month now with no response.

The team at analyztec delivers ace with heights o[censored]nprofessionalism. They are least bothered about customers query. They hardly replied to my emails. When called them and if they don't have any answer or unsure what to explain they disconnect the call. This is heights for being unethical to a paid customer who is asking for his paid certificate.

Initially the contact member said the certificates has been dispatched but when i asked a question that i'v not yet provided my mailing address, so to whome did you sent the certificate, they disconnected the call.

Then i reached to a member called ravi or raveesh not sure, he apologized stating they lied and the certificates is yet to dispatch. And he routed me my concerns to the ceo of analyztec.

Later had a chance to converse over email with himanshu and he acknowledged that he is on medical leave and will ask some one to resolve this asap. I emailed 3 times to him with a response the certificate is dispatched but they have not provided me the tracking id. Which again resonate that they are lying.

I will strongly recommend to students and professionals not to chose such unprofessional training vendors who least bother about customers and neither provide a good session.

Do not look into public forum with many recommendation they have. Which will led to you do the same mistake i did by attending the session with analyztec. You neither gain knowledge not a certificate you paid for.
