Ian individual customer from Goregaon west Mumbai. I am totally upset of hathway internet service. My average failure rate is 4 to 5 days every month. To get hathway help line number is miracle. After registration of complaint people don't bother. I get sudden call after 4 -5 days after registration of complaints.and complaint get close without solving problem.
Concern sales person is arrogant if I call him on his cell no.
Request them to discontinue my service & collect their modem.
I would like to use another internet service with peace of mind.and get rid of hathway harassment.
