I had ordered a magnetic get set go belt probably in the month of october do not know exact detail of order date, but instead of our product we had got slimming belt. When i requested for change customer care asked me to send the slimming belt to there address and they will send our product, it has been a month since i posted the project from mysore post office, when i tracked the order i got the proof of delivery for the project, the project is delivered to and package is been opened, but still iam not getting my product, when i call the customer care they are saying the project is still not yet reached there office

I had ordered for the above product, my order no is 5088954, vide coupon no 5089943 dated 13/6/19. The product was defective, which was couriered to ur company on17/6/19 through professional couriers, bill no ggn51091790. It is more than one and a half month now that i have not received the replacement of above product despite my several complaints to ur customer care. They always say ur product will be delivered to you within a few days. But till date no luck.

Need to return this product as size is small, quality also seems to be low. I can't see any difference between sports bra n Air bra. Kindly do the needful . Size says its free but couldn't fit me. I confirmed from executive on chat he said it will fit me but it's too small for me n also want to know return policy when can I get my money back. Very unhappy with product

On 26th april received three seamless air bra against subject order. But size is too small. As written on tag, it is baby bra. Actually we have ordered bra for adult. Same has been cross verified when your representative called us for delivery confirmation on 20th april. Your customer care representative refused to listen and explain as how a small size bra can fit to size of 34/36?
No positive response from your team. They are asking me to needful and courier. But you have supplied us wrong size. Why you can not appoint someone to collect it and givs us correct replacement?

I ordered cod of sensa light on 26/2/2019 and received the same at 1800 of 2/03/2019 and on opening the package, i found no (1) no invoice and (2) no cleaning brush inside the box.
I immediately put the device on charge and found within 40-45 minutes the green lamp on the device started glowing and disconnected the charging further. The device was used today morning on 3/3/2019 and the battery exhausted within two minutes o[censored]sage which clearly shows the battery is fake one. I was fully confident with a hope that i get genuine product from you but my experience is totally bitter and quiete dis-appionting.

Dear sir,

I saw a advertisement in a tv and purchased a sweat belt + tummy trimmer pump on dated 9/1/19. I recieved the product yesterday i. E., on 15/1/19. I used and observed 24hrs continuously, there is no sweat coming and not fitting to the tummy. Worst product and useless. Very bad quality and packed like a dustbin while receiving the product. This is neha reddy. I hve ordered brown hair extension but they sent black hair extension nd then i returned the product through trackon. The parcel reached at there address on 30th december 2018 nd still i am waiting for my refund. They are giving me such useless reasons.
