Hi Sir/madam,
Am here to explain about my refund fee which is 1, 77, 000 from maac technology. This is located in Hyderabad Kukatpally branch near Kphb metro station and there phone number[protected] so, I joined in 2019 July paid almost 2lakhs to this institute but due to Covid and other reason I didn’t go to the class I only went for 3 months were I learned photoshop that was for 20, 000 only course so due to Covid and other reason I didn’t go there and I asked them for my refund of money they said it’s non refundable I requested them to give atleast half amount from since 2021 am requesting them from then to now many people got changed now recently they are telling that talk to head office when I explained them they are like talk to u r branch when I said same to branch were I paid my fee they are like we didn’t take u r money previous person who was here they took talk to them . They are not ready to give my money it’s almost 2 lakhs please help me through this because I recently got to here that Supreme Court given act that institutes should give the students money if they are leaving in midway kindly please help me sir/madam

I contacted the Maac Technologies HR for an official purpose. She is not at all fit for the HR role. I don't know how those people recruited her as a HR for their organisation. Even I'm also working in an IT firm, I know the work pressure and the difficulties in their job but, I never seen such a rude lady. She spoken in such a way like a slum girl. She not even listen to my words and she was in the intend to disconnect my call. If you're continuously having such employees in our organisation definitely you've to shut down your company. Please conduct some soft skill classes to your employees else recruit persons who are really fit for the position. Please don't push us to a situation to make a complaint about your company again. I'm really sorry to say this. Some of your employee's carelessness will spoil the good name of your whole organization. PLZZZZZZ guys don't call to that organization at any cost. We won't get any sort of respect. They don't even treat us like a human being.
