Anand India — Delay in exchanging of product & nonsense reply from customer care person | |||||
I had order a Knee Belt through Telephone booking under order no. 2383645 on 24th Mar 16 from Anand India. Wherein the order received on 28th March 2016 is Slim Belt. I have courier back that product on my own expense to the company office at Mira Road, Mumbai on 01st Apr 2016. After doing multiple call on their ever busy customer care number, their customer care person are not able to provide any satisfactory reply. One of the customer care person is replied in abusing & non sense tone. I am get totally annoyed & upset with recent not so Anand experience with Anand India company.
