Anand India — Not getting the re dispatch / refund for the defective product after making several calls to customer care team | |||||
Get sweat slim belt order no: 2423188 Anand India team: Poor show by Anand India. The get slim belt ordered on 5th April 2016, ultimately the belt was recd on 27.04.16, which was too too late from the committed delivery schedules. On receipt, the material quality was very very poor. Hence we communicated for the replacement and then got the one no replacement of M size on 13.05.16. With which the M type also not suited due to tight fit, hence as per the advice from anand india, the one no M size belt and one no XL poor quality belt was couriered on 16.05.16 and ultimately it was recd by your team on 18.05.16. From that date onwards, It was a continuous follow up with Anand India team for redispatch, but Anand india not treating this issue seriously and giving us fake reasons. Now the wait was over, kindly pay twice or thrice money as penalty. No need of the belt as my waist reduced automatically by way of mental/physical depression from anand india. If you still delay on the refund of penalty amount then I will file a legal complaint on consumer relations team with all the evidences.
