Anand India — Sweet slim belt

I have ordered sweat slim belt on 13/06/2016, and received the consignment on 14/06/2016 paying rs. 2000/-, both the belts were delivered to me in loose, without any packing. My requirement was of xxl, but the delivery person delivered me the xl size, the condition of belt got worst in two three days. Photo attached. On contacting your customer care number i was told that my mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] are not registered, and the product has not been supplied by anand india. This kind of dealing by a reputed company like anand india is not fare, this is a cheating with the customers. I would request anand india to look into the matter and get the material changed and to keep the transparency.
