Anand Packers and Movers — Bad service and bike not delivered

I would rate them in negative scores if there were an option to.Anand packers and movers truly define the meaning o[censored]nprofessional-ism .I had dispatched my bike from bhuj to Chennai via Gati movers @5000/-.they had it delivered in a weeks time irrespective of the poor weather conditions. then i had to send it to mumbai.seeing the reviews on websites i choose anand packers and movers. The biggest mistake of my life.i booked my bike fr dispatch on 31st December 2015.submitted all the docs they required. They had ensured me it will reach in a week’s time.10 days passed no news of the bike. When i called them from mumbai.all they would say they have dispatched it.after 20 days i ran out of patience they said due to festival they have delayed.then after 3 days they told me it reached their panvel godown. to fool me they gave me a random buildings name STEEL CHAMBERS .In kalamboli using google maps .i spent 5 hours looking for their office.no calls answered by them.After that they stopped responding to my calls.They dont have the basics of management Dont Know how to speak to customers’ have texted them using whatsapp and on their facebook messenger.bt no use.spoke to endless people including the owners mother and some lady who she claims used to previously work there. they gave us the number to call.and when we called they hung up saying wrong number.FInally in feb 2016 they told us that the bike is still there with them.how do we trust ppl like these who mishandle others belongings. we entrust them with our precious belongings and all they do is make fun o[censored]s.after relentless and endless fights my friends back in chennai gt the bike.it was a shocker when i saw its condition. it laid on the road with dust on it.no packing which they promise.no protection nothing.i doubt they have any godowns.i had booked the order fr 5700/-in dec 2015 and had to collected it from their Chennai office in march 2016.For more than 2 months the owner manikandan mishandled my bike and used itb for personal use.He is a cheat and a big liar.gave me back only 2500/-saying he incurred losses and when asked to give in writing he mentioned that documents werent given . how in the world did u take an order if I have not submitted the documents .When my friends reached their place after two months of relentless follow ups.the owner says u should have taken an appointment and come..i will not recommend these guys to anyone.not at all.cheats and liars and unprofessional.rather than providing service they provide u with the worst kind of headaches.TOTAL CHEATS.0 ratings.
