[Resolved] Anand Packers and Movers — Household items not delivered at the address | |
To The Police Officer HAL Police Station Old Airport Road Bangalore Dear Sir, My relative has been transferred from Bangalore to Chennai. In order to shift his family to his new work place, he booked (Consignment 115 dated[protected] his household items (36) in M/s Anand Packers & Movers, Bangalore. From Basavanagar (near old airport road), Bangalore to velachery, Chennai. He asked Mr. Mohanlal of Anand Packers and Movers to deliver the household items in the second floor. For that he accepted and accordingly charged. However, he sent the items in a vehicle and asked us to unload ourselves. At the time of booking he promised that their people will deliver in the 2nd floor. When we contacted him, he said that he misunderstood and asked us to unload by using some labourers. However, he has collected full money from us in Bangalore. In addition, the owner of the truck asked us to pay Rs300/- to him and Rs.100/- to the driver (Shankar). However, we gave Rs.100/- to the driver and refused to give Rs.300/- to the owner. The owner (Subramaniam) threatened us over phone. On the otherhand, to shift household items from grond floor to 2nd floor labourers in Chennai asked us Rs.800/- to 1000/-. I therefore request the concerned authority to take action against Mr. Mohan lal and help in the reimbursement of the amount we have wasted on calling him, the driver and his owner, labour charges and also for the torture. Anand Packers and Movers - A complete fraud service.
Same happened to me as well.
Once the money is them, you will be screwed to the core. Don't be a victim of these fraudsters. Especially the cunning lady who will be a soft-spoken
Here are the actual incident details:
When I first enquired on JD, a lady(with an evil mindset) called me along with many other service providers. The way they spoke convinced me to go with them. The initial quote was 14000, and I agreed for the package which includes, Transport, Loading, Unloading, Labour charges, Insurance and GST. I have rechecked almost 3 times and confirmed no hidden charges. Then after packing everything, they asked me to pay extra 1000/- for TP which I denied for paying it. (Unfortunately, I have paid full amount at this moment). After arriving at the destination, that's where showed me their real evil face.
Nobody has come to unload the packages. They demanded another 1500/- for unloading, if not they don't unload, "they told". Next 3 hours nobody has come to unload our stuff. They stopped picking my calls as well. I have tried calling the person almost 20 days but of no use. In a tight and helpless situation, we paid that 1500 as we are in pressure to take the goods.
Guys, be aware of these fraudsters and stay away from this company.
