On 11/01/2023 Mr Anuj thakur called me in the morning time and said he taking a trade on 42300 CE at market price I said ok and if the loss exceed from 2000 u have exit from the market he said ok and booked me profit of 441Rs and next he had taken second trade without my permission and booked me a loss of 3112rs after that he is not answering my calls. I want my money back because Mr Anuj has done a unauthorized trade on my account and Mr anuj is responsible for my loss. I request the senior official to look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible.

I have been reissue shares which was not intimated by the demat account.Since i had done the follow up twice by email and on fhn.the customer representative just gave the details but never informed the further process to make payment due to which it was debited again.He was talking very unethical and unprofessional manner by avoiding the call.When approached the manager he asked to send all emails of conversation and i had requested him to change the customer representative.As agreed he never turned up not is picking the call.

I have my account with anand rathi firm and i have given it for account handling services.. i have suffered huge loss of 9.5 lakh due to their ridiculous handling services and working without stop losses whole my capital is lost.. yesterday i somehow managed to arrange 70k and added in account so that i can recover losses gradually but again due to their poor services i have lost 70k also.. i want compensation for same and justification as well how these people are working

Hello Team,
My self Lalita Gupta having demat account [protected] 5437 had submitted Apcotex Industries 500 Equity shares; Folio 18943 for Demat to the Local Agent in Gondia of Anand Rathi - Mr. Abhishek Jain in around May 2021. Mr. Abhishek informed us that these will be sent to Apcotex company's registrar for Demat. After a month we were informed orally that Shares are returned due to a mismatch of signature but when the courier reached us, it incorrectly was of some other shareholder's name & not belonging to us. We handed it over to Mr. Abhishek who told us that he will coordinate with Anand Rathi's internal team & resolve the issue & get us our Apcotex industries equity shares under my name.
We have not got our shares back till date, we have spoken to Mr. Abhishek numerous times but he says he has raised a complaint but there is no revert from the company side. We then asked him the helpline number & raised complained 3-4 times on this no.[protected] & sometimes on helpline number got from Google. The response received was they will check on this issue & get back or arrange a callback but nothing ever happened & no resolution/communication has been done as of date.
Request to provide assistance & if shares are lost kindly make good the damages & reimburse the expenses incurred for loss of shares. We also expect a quick response as already more than 1 year has already passed.
It is really a difficult situation for me as I am facing mental agony due to my loss of shares & then no assistance from Anand Rathi company on this matter whom I diligently handed over my shares. At my old age of 78, it is becoming difficult for me to manage/follow up.

I am being harassed by the employees of the ANAND RATHI COMPANY on the direction of the company.
When I wrote about the ordeal of the same to the company the demanded money instead of resolving the queries, they are siding with the goons who call people and harass them, abuse them, and threaten them.

I received a call on 6th December 2021, from someone claiming to be from AnandRathi and I had a word with him and...

My father had demat account in Anand Rathi and in 2019 he passed away and since past 10 months I am trying to get his equity transferred to close the account.

I have visited multiple times to my nearest Anand Rathi center since February 2021 but still there is no resolution. First even after my mother was there as a nominee I was told it won't get transferred to your mother because some issue was coming. So They told me to open a account and the equity will be transferred immediately so which I did in first week of September under my mother's name but it has almost been 2 months now. Everytime I visit or call the office I get the same response that it is under process.

First of all it is really not at all professional to make people wait for such a long time. I don't know how this situation is getting handled but it has been now a really long time and I need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Please look into this matter seriously.

i am ankur pandey from bhopal(m.P) and i joined suyog securities(sub broker) under anand rathi on 04th of july on pay of rs.14000 and resigned on 26th of july because of they are not giving joining letter to me. Before leaving anand rathi i took the permission for pre resignation from the manager mr.Sharda tiwari([protected]) and he says "not any issue and you will get the salary on 06/08/2021 but i did not get salary on this date after that i called him saveral of time but he refuses for salary and gave me rs.2000 on 06th of september when i begged and said that today is my elder daughter's birthday till now he did not giving my salary
so i am feeling so frustrated and hopping that indian consumer complaints forum will make them to pay my salary because i have a three daughters, i am financially weak now and need my salary so urgently

We have already given demat closure request 7 days before ..but still it is not closed yet.
Not a single share was available at the time closure request .but employee said your closure request was rejected because some shares of gvk power is available in the demat, so we are unable to close the account.. Although all formalities of account closure has been done, no single share was available also..So why they taking so much time to close the account and provide us wrong information..

My Name sachin Majagaonkar from kolhapur, Maharastra ..my A/c is KPROS324. I have an issue with anand rathhi stock broking. The company representatives have carried out unauthorised trade and the company is turning a blind eye to it. I want to take legal action against them and am looking forward to put a joint appeal with others who have faced similar issues. I reside in kolhapur, company person cheated me..
i have no idea .. about my trade... i put blindly trust on her. i was always ask about tarde but she always says our tarding are contiune in working...
my holding share which were tranfered from angel a/c arond 68000/
but know holding value is 7500 Rs
i visited many time to kolhapur office but they cant help me ...
that company person already left our compay
waht can do now

Refer to my complaint Dated 7.8.2020 through my email id- [protected]@yahoo.co.in regarding undue charges levied in my account no. PCHPTN00526. I hadn't received any reply regarding my email till dated its more than 8 months past. Why company havn't reply on this matter ?

Anand rathi lalbag branch manager anurag tripathi ne mere sath fraud kiya hai. Aur mera paisa market me gumrah kerke lagvaya aur lose hone per apne pass se dene ki baat kahi.
Kya anand rathi aise he logo ko gumrah kerti hai. Anurag tripathi ki sari recorded call mere pass hai.
