Anand Rathi — Harassment By There Goons

I am being harassed by the employees of the ANAND RATHI COMPANY on the direction of the company.
When I wrote about the ordeal of the same to the company the demanded money instead of resolving the queries, they are siding with the goons who call people and harass them, abuse them, and threaten them.

I received a call on 6th December 2021, from someone claiming to be from AnandRathi and I had a word with him and told him I’m out of station still, on that day that guy called me 25 times, I was declining the calls, and he was still kept calling me and then again on 9th of December 2021 he came outside my house and called me and started abusing me. After which when I wrote about the same to the co. the said that I did not receive the executive call, which I did, the executive is lying to the co and the co is also listening to that without any due diligence.

And after that when I told them that I did have a word with him and all this happened, they directly started demanding the money without any resolution of the query. This is the type of service they are providing, their goons go outside people's homes and abuse them, and when we go to the company to complain about the same the co. demands money instead of giving any resolution to the customer.

Moreover, whenever you visit their site and click on contact us the web page never opens.

I have emailed the same to the grievance cell and these are the replies i got from them.
