This is very sad to inform you that i am very unsatisfied from your services. I transfered a sum of rs. 70000/- on dated[protected], but still my said amount is not updated in my trading account. So please update said amount and i close my account and confirm me the formalities. I don't want to continue do work you ir-responsible management and executives.

I have demat account with anand rathi company. My clint id is pchnppd120.
The executive of company traded from my account without permission. But as per term and condition they can't trade without conversation on recorded phone line. I had complaint to customer care by phone and mail both but no response from anand rathi.
As i had lost 3.16 lakh, so please look into the matter and resolve my problem.

I am a customer of your financial services for many years now. I have an account in your gulbarga branch having demate account number [protected] and client id is gbn15m041. Unfortunately, it was deactivated by the management and was left dormant for a while. I want tell you that your employee did not take care of taking image of my signature. While signing the demat account opening form they guided with a mark and this mark attached with my sign in the image, now for dormant activation they are telling me to sign with the mark which was not a part of my signature, you can varify with the pan card signature. So please take it seriously and take necessary action for reactivate my account.

I b. S. Lakshmanna demat ac holder in your company with ac no as hydfl102, today i bought 150 shares of dhampur sugars @ 203.30 for that total amount deducted is rs. 30557. Before that my ledger free balnce is rs 66572. By deducting this todays trading maount balance must be[protected]=36015. But as per message sent by you the balance is rs 35970. So remainng rs 45.00. There is no clarification. Hence give detail information regarding this.

The login page was not appearing at all.. And when it did appear after entering user name and pwd its not responding, just going on loading. The customer care doesnt have an answer to it & seems to be very casual about this. Now the point is who will take the responsibility for this. And these things keep on happening for this idiotic anandrathi. I dont know why they dont recruite experienced enough guys to run there firm. Degraded service quality wont recommend to anyone. I have an issue with anand rathhi stock broking. The company representatives have carried out unauthorised trade and the company is turning a blind eye to it. I want to take legal action against them and am looking forward to put a joint appeal with others who have faced similar issues. I reside in Mumbai. After getting introduced to the company representative by another old trusted friend, I decided to invest 3 lakhs of Indian rupees to the company mutual fund. The representative promised a minimum return of 12% if nothing more as the worst case scenario. He was even asking for more capital consistently, but somehow I did not agree to put more money without seeing their performance at the beginning. After 12 months the whole principal had almost been wiped away, only 14 thousand rupees were left. The representative had left the company for another bank and the so called vice- president of the company with whom I met for the first time after the loss, blamed me for not being more careful. He was in fact saying that if a client was not cautious, he/she will be taken for a ride in no time. The portfolio that the money was put into was a very high risk portfolio and the representative seemed to have taken the decision to do so only to get more brokerage for himself. The vice-president or the company refused to take any responsibility for the past employee's actions and was in fact asking for more money to get the lost capital fund back in their another so-called (safe and secure investments). I had an Australian colleague sitting next to me simply gaping at them in astonishment at their attitude and callousness. The vice-president also advised me to take this experience as an educational experience as according to him every experience comes at a cost. Since I did not give permission to teach anyone such expensive education to me, I refuse to give up and had asked twice in writing to the company to provide me with the detailed description of the transaction details of my account as the vice- president kept on asking me if I had withdrawn from the account at all. That particular question showed me he did not have a clue for what was going on in the account and what had happened to it. No statement ever came to me after two repeated requests in a month's time. The company keeps on sending emails even after the account was formally closed by me in the middle of January this year. This is a word of caution for everybody concerned. I earn my money by means of consistent hard work and nobody has the right to take that money away by means of such dubious means. I took franchise from anand rathi securities in the month of may 2012 and have been dealing with them and generating brokerage a lot, they din't even give a single penny as my share which was 50% of the over all brokerage Up on that when i went to close my franchise account they deducted 13000/- for some charges and they had also taken 9k for registration in sebi, which i paid extra . 1) Not given a single penny as brokerage as decided 50% 2) Taken extra 9000/- for registration in sebi which i still din't get the registration document stating its registered. 3) Deducted 13000/- while closing the account which was not mentioned earlier nor in the hidden nor in the Disclaimer. Anand Rathi Securities Cheated On Me.

Dated 17/03/2008 I have shown interest to put my hard and earned money to such place where my invested my was fully safe and secured by taking the help of AnandRathi as my financial adviser and the same day they have send Mr.Veeresh to my place and I explained all my requirements and financial planning’s to him for the same , he advice me to put my money in Birla Sun life’s saral jeevan plan by paying Rs.29920/- yearly to get more secured unbelievable returns and benefits which was no one is offering in the market except this plan without any deductions from your invested money i.e. from Rs.29920/, like admin/service etc charges where other co.’s collecting, to get the same minimum 3 instalments to be paid without fail and maximum is up to your financial conditions ,and also he told to provide prompt service at all time whenever I need by my door step so, finally I was invested my money on the same plan wide policy no.[protected], after this neither he come back to me nor available in any manner, and I tried to contact him several times to give next instalments and I only traced the exact place to pay the same and I paid 2 instalments also to get the benefits only, because I don’t want to lose the same which was clearly mentioned to must pay 3 instalments to get the explained attractive returns and benefits which was my need at the time of making my policy. After that I lost my hope on him as well as your organisation about poor service, after sent several mails also no one is come forward to solve my problem, and I stopped to pay further instalments, and also I came to know that when I was in need of my money, after my 3 deposits the co. Has deducted so much of charged in my deposited amount which was un expected by me and I was shocked to see my present amount status after the said deductions that was very poor to withdraw , if I withdraw I will get only Rs60000/- where my deposited amount was nearly Rs.90000/- 30000 was deducted, and the explained policy also not good according to my requirements, he simply told false information’s to me to get my policy, he explained such policy which brings to him a huge commission, after explaining everything to my personnel legal cell Bangalore and as per their advice now I have no way to approach Bangalore consumer forum to get my 3 instalments commission which veeresh from Aanadrathi was enjoyed where he has no rights to enjoy the same because of his poor service and false information’s passed to me. And to get all the amount which was deducted from my deposited amount with interest and damages for the same, So, I hereby finally requesting to M/s Aanadrathi to arrange to provide the same within 7 days from the receipt of this mail, failing to which I have to move to take further legal steps at your cost and risk.

I have Share trarding account with Anand Rathi. (Client Code HOA1301). I have paid an advance brokerage of Rs. 5000. I want to close my account. But when I contacted Anand Rathi's phone help line number they informed me that advance brokerage is not refundable. I was not informed about this at the time of opening of account neither by your executive. More over I was misled by their executive regarding other things also like i would be able to transfer money online to trading account from my saving Bank account of HSBC Bank but when my account was activated I came to know that HSBC Bank is not resigetered with Anand Rathi. Than I inquired with that executive he informed that we are indiscussion with Bank and you will have this facility with in two or three months. Further whenever I called Anand Rathi's support desk I never got a satisfactory answer.I opened account only as I was under impression that I would be able to transfer and withdraw funds online. That is a clear case thst your executives provided me false information and only on basis of such false information I opened account with Anand Rathi. They are not refunding my brokerage.

my name suresh r. dodia residing at thane [protected] anand rathi;s executive has came at my home and taken 5000/rs cheque and 20000/-cheque and misguide me about abs.she misguided me that brokerage charge will be levy on buying one time only with 0.025 paise for intraday and 0.25 for delivery.if i donot continue after one year or before one year from the date of account opening i will get refund the balance amount of abs without any type penalty or any charge.then i asked her to give this commentment on anand rathi's letterhead with seal and sign.they send me plain paper wroute letter which is not acceptable by me. in between two verification call came to my cell for account opening operator told me that abs is valid for one year only, and i asked her your executive didn't give this commentment so i am disagree with your executive's commentmnt so she put my account on stop.after some day one of mr. dubeys call came to my cell he agree that they made mistake and misguided to me.he told me that he has both cheques and he will retuerned my both cheques by coourier to my residence address .then after some days one call came my cell that they deposited 5000/-cheque and they will not refund my money, .so this is the whole story of executive cheated me .further they agree that they misguided to me. i have mobile conversation recording of misguide which they accepted of misguide to me

My name is Pradeep Jain. I have an online trading account with a/c no. LU31P3 in Anand Rathi since 25-11-10. I have given first cheque of Rs.
2500/- for advance brokerage of equity and second cheque of Rs.
10,000/- for margin money on 27.11-10. By mistake from your employees,
they transferred Rs. 5001/- in commodity advanced brokerage. I have'nt
said to transfer my margin money of equity into advanced brokerage of
commodity. Neither I have done any transaction on commodity nor I want
to do it. From last four months I have'nt recieved any satisfactory
response from company's staff.
Kindly, transfer my money into margin money of equity which is
wrongly credited to brokerage of commodity. I will wait for your
positive response.

I hav comodity account in Anand Rathi at Pune-Satara Road Branch.They have traded some scripts without informing me and giving false information.They have made a loss of 10,000/- Rs.Now that guy had left the company and joined Kotak.
I asked to Branch Manager about this he is not giving attention to my complaint.

I have Trading account and DP in Anand Rathi a Mumbai based Stock Broking company. They were charging always charging interest on buying of shares without any prior contract with me on leverage facility provided by them.
Suddenly I found that they sold all my shares from my DP without informing me that My account is in debit of 3000/-. Now they are charging interest starting from 3000/- in December2010 to 13000/- in April.2011

but they only provided me only one month salary and second month salary released from HR department but my senior Shatrunjay Pandey not given me cheque,He broken that cheque from broker and Every month they (Mahim Branch) broke many employees salary from broker.

when got loss again and again that time i told my agent don't do any trade , but he don't stop to do trade, he doing again and again trade and my account is nil . That time i m having a lot of loss so to recover my loss i deposit some amount in my account that time i again i told him to not do any kind of trade without inform me, still he is doing this thing and again i got a huge loss.

The respective company people had done trades with out my conformation for that reason i had loss around 30000/- and i had asked them very clearly that is there any conformation from end to do the above said transactions for that there is no reply, If it is there any proff please ask them to show me.

Note: For this issue i already raised complaint long back iam still following of the case and i had not received any feed back from company

So please help me for recover my loss .
