Ananda Honda — scratch on bike after servicing of bike - ananda honda bangalore

This is to bring to your notice about the ordeals i am currently witnessing as customers at your vehicle service center at ananda honda, bommanahalli,, bangalore. This is regarding my second free bike servicing of honda shine sp edition vehicle no. Ka 51 ez 5795 on the job card no. Jc-ka[protected]-049311 ref invoice no. Ka[protected] dated 27/01/2018.

After taking delivery after the said servicing and riding the bike for some time i realized some problems with the front brake. I brought the bike back at the service center for finding resolution to this problem. The person who delivered the bike was there and he assured me of getting me a solution. He took the bike with him. I followed him. After sometime he slipped my bike and the front part of the vehicle rammed a wall beside it. This created a scratch on the headlight and another front light. I immediately brought the matter into the knowledge of the manager on the floor at that time - mr. Saddam. He assured me that it is a minor scratch and affixing a sticker would solve the problem. The other light in the side - front may require a replacement. However the required sticker was not available in the inventory. I was asked to inquire after one day. On calling numerous times i was ascertained that the inventory would be available after 15 days. Today is 23rd day after the service. I am still awaiting any resolution. I have made about 15- 16 calls and tried to follow any possible development on this issue. Mr. Ajas ph. No. [protected] of the service team is my contact person. Now it has become tiresome. I suggested raising a ticket at that time but it was told that it may not be necessary and they would follow on it.
I felt that any such incident are accidental but the onus is on the service team to get a timely solution to the issue. Now the indifferent attitude of the service team to the customer in this kind of situation is unexpected for a highly professional service personnel. I want to bring this matter into the knowledge of the concerned

Regarding number plate is been over 10 days i got my vehicle delivered still not number plate and registration done.Staff are not taking it seriously as when ever i call or ping they avoid it. Or ignore it
