Dear sir/medam, i have purchage secuty date of 8th honda dio from bellendur anand honda show room. Today's 15 day's running deler not given me registration number . traffic police already challan me 2 time. Please check and slove the problems as soon as possible.

CBR Service Fraud

Gave my CBR for service, needed some part replacements as well
1. parts costed 3668.91
2. Labor/service costed 5812.68
They said Paid Service cost is to check the vehicle and then they added labor cost as well for each item that is supposed to be part of paid service cost
3. if paid service is for checking they added another line item saying battery charge and the battery is actually working fine, so when questioned, that is for checking the battery and not charging
4. Similarly there are multiple line items for labor, checking, which are mostly fraud

New and More problems after servicing
Hi,
My vehicle was serviced by Ananda Honda on 13-Oct-2020 @ Hosa Road, Bangalore. They called me and mentioned that brake has damaged and it needs to be changed. I provided confirmation to change the brake. They produced me the bill of 5200 + to change the brake. Also, my Activa was working properly and I am riding it for past 2.5 years without any issues. Still I am fine with the bill and I paid it as they mentioned that the entire clutch set has been changed.
But when I picked the vehicle and start riding it, it started to shake a lot and it was pulling me sideways. It was scary to ride the vehicle as it was not in control. I immediately went back to the service center and they asked me to change the Fork and it will cost additional 3500 + tax. I mentioned that it is your fault and the vehicle was working perfectly before service. They denied it straight away and mentioned that I have to pay to get it fixed or ride as is. This is a fraud service.
Also, I asked them not to change filter as it was changed recently and they still changed it and charged me Rs.260. When I contacted their custome care, they asked me to call after 2 hrs and post which they are not picking up my call.
I want my issue to be fixed ASAP as it was caused by their improper service. I have never faced this issue in other honda service brands like Haiku Honda and Tansi Honda

no more ananda honda service

Staff's aren't punctual. Poor service. Mainly there into taking PAID service only. Highly dissatisfied with the service and poor management. Even though I availed a PAID service, I asked for re-service since the issue is not, I was asked to wait for 1 hour for no reason. I got angry and left the place. NO MORE HONDA in my life. I wont recommend HONDA bike to anyone.

poor service, bad attitude

I have given my activa125 (Ka51- ex 0232, registered in the name of malik khoja) for last free service on 19 march at sjr outer ring service centre. After i had received the scooter back, i noticed a loud vibration in front and back. I complaint on the spot and they tried to sort out and asked me to drive for a day. However, problem persisted so i again visited your centre on 1st april. They kept my scooter for full day and resolved the vibration in front. Within just a day, i noticed a loud vibration from back. So i visited your centre today third time. No one was answering me. Front office guy was sending me out to service executive. He was saying goto technician. Looks like they have no interest in resolving the issue. May i request you to do the needful before i raise it to honda company (And if need arise consumer protection). Please teach some manners to your staff and give them regular technical training’s. Malik khoja -[protected]

rc card

I purchased hond shine sp on june 2017.. I got my rc card on december 1st week with the name honda shine... I went to anada honda show room and i asked the manager about the honda show room... He told name should be in currect otherwise you will get problem... On jan1st of this year i give the card to one of your employ name nagesh... He told that your card will get to your address by post within 10days... But still now we dint get our rc card... We are contacting them but no one was responding properly.. They are giving some numbers and telling us to contact them.. I am calling to that numbers they are telling we are checking and disconecting our calls...

scratch on bike after servicing of bike - ananda honda bangalore
This is to bring to your notice about the ordeals i am currently witnessing as customers at your vehicle service center at ananda honda, bommanahalli,, bangalore. This is regarding my second free bike servicing of honda shine sp edition vehicle no. Ka 51 ez 5795 on the job card no. Jc-ka[protected]-049311 ref invoice no. Ka[protected] dated 27/01/2018.
After taking delivery after the said servicing and riding the bike for some time i realized some problems with the front brake. I brought the bike back at the service center for finding resolution to this problem. The person who delivered the bike was there and he assured me of getting me a solution. He took the bike with him. I followed him. After sometime he slipped my bike and the front part of the vehicle rammed a wall beside it. This created a scratch on the headlight and another front light. I immediately brought the matter into the knowledge of the manager on the floor at that time - mr. Saddam. He assured me that it is a minor scratch and affixing a sticker would solve the problem. The other light in the side - front may require a replacement. However the required sticker was not available in the inventory. I was asked to inquire after one day. On calling numerous times i was ascertained that the inventory would be available after 15 days. Today is 23rd day after the service. I am still awaiting any resolution. I have made about 15- 16 calls and tried to follow any possible development on this issue. Mr. Ajas ph. No. [protected] of the service team is my contact person. Now it has become tiresome. I suggested raising a ticket at that time but it was told that it may not be necessary and they would follow on it.
I felt that any such incident are accidental but the onus is on the service team to get a timely solution to the issue. Now the indifferent attitude of the service team to the customer in this kind of situation is unexpected for a highly professional service personnel. I want to bring this matter into the knowledge of the concerned

Regarding number plate is been over 10 days i got my vehicle delivered still not number plate and registration done.Staff are not taking it seriously as when ever i call or ping they avoid it. Or ignore it

bad quality of spare parts and tyres

I purchased my honda activa bike just 7 months before. Already tyre got punchered, spark plug gone, speedometer cable is cut. Worst quality bike that i ever used. I am not all happy.
Is there warranty for the tyres?
Everytime we goes for free service they will charge us for one or the other reason.
I am not knowing whom to complaint about this. So please resolve my problems.

Bad services and low quality of manufacture bike

Dear sir, has iam purchase the honda shine cb bike last 6 months back earlier its getting sound in the front wheel fork and one side pulling. After 4 times of complaining and keeping on up and down to services center there was no use. Such a big company no value for the customer. There is no value for the money what i paid. Finally i hope on u pls solve my problem...

I gave my bike in service center, every time they are not done proper service and bike washing and cleaning. If we ask again to clean properly they said its like that only. If we ask any service related issue while receiving the bike they won't give proper response. To give our bikes in service center its wast of money and time. But charging more for the service. This is not only my problem most of the users are facing same issue.

i did the first service after 795 km..drive chain has dmaged...till now doesn't change drive chain. Service center does not accept 1 year warranty
