I had ordered new hair straightener brush
But I hav been delivered second hand brush in which some nosails r missing n hairs hav been found on that brush
Box was old n damaged
It's totally useless
Phatatic service
I want it to be replaced in one day
The product should be new but it was used product which hav been delivered

I hav sensed the picture of the product to the company n had work also
