Anandindia — Sweat belt very bad not worth

I purchased the sweat belt on 15 Feb-2016, Transaction id: 2195774, Order no.[protected] and the cost is 1989 incl. delivery charges. however, the sweat is loose no elasticity at all. Itt does not meet anything showed in the advertisement, it is clear cut of misguiding also two customer care numbers given is not in existence everytime the number is dialled it says number is not existing I. I called up the Anand india they say everytime i call them call customer care but customer care number given by them is not working I have used my hard earned money to purchase this belt but in this condition it is of no use to me . Please replace the belt with new one or refund my money as soon as possible awaiting your reply
