Grand Water Solutions — Taken AMC for RO but no action on my Repeated requests/ complaints since 27 Oct 2021 except false consolation

1. With profound regards and humble submission it is submitted that I got a telephonic call on 30 Jan 2021 from Grand Water Solution N-148A, NARAYAN NAGAR, DELHI-92 and narrated me as an authorized Kent RO Repair/ AMC Centre while I was working in Central Govt Office, Ministry of Defence, Delhi Cantt-10. I told them that I am in office and not at home then the operator of above firm told me to inform your family member. Accordingly, I told my son Alok Pathak to do the needful as deemed fit on arrival of the technician. The bill of above firm is furnished below for your perusal please.

2. Thus, I had taken up an AMC from above firm for Rs. 7500/- for one year for my water Kent RO to get better quality of drinking water. Technician of the above firm came and changed the items as mentioned in above bill. The technician told my son that as per AMC they will cover all problems till 29 Jan 2022 and automatically visit my home after an interval of three months to change outer filter as well as cleanliness. They will solve the problem within 24 hours of complaint. I noticed problem in my Kent RO in Jun 2021 and telephonically lodged complaint to Grand Water Solution, Narayan Nagar, Delhi-92. After repeated requests the firm made false statement to repair my Kent RO within two – three days but they didn’t comply their promise. I visited their office on 05 Jul 2021 and submitted an application for urgent repair of my Kent RO. In between Kent RO Technician visited my home on complaint and check the Kent RO and bill mentioned above and told me that membrane installed in Kent RO is counterfeit and firm is not authorized for repair of Kent RO. It was also confirmed by the Technician of Grand Water Solution, Narayan Nagar, Delhi-92 while visited my home in first week of Aug 2021 and assured to change Membrane within two-three days which is not complied till date.
3. I am facing water problem since last week of Oct 2021 and telephonically lodged repair complain and change of Membrane on 27 Oct 2021 vide Complaint No. A-271005 dated 27 Oct 2021(Ms Sneha) of above firm which has not been complied by them till date after repeated requests. I also requested to Ms Simran of above firm many times and lastly on 26 Nov 2021, she in turn told me to repair immediately, but didn’t comply her promise and didn’t receive any call for four days.
4. In view of the above, it is clear that firm is fraud and looting the money from the customers of Delhi and other places. Therefore, you are requested to take administrative action against the firm to black list otherwise this looting activity will continue days ahead. Such fake firm should be banned to such services to safeguard interest of the public and society.

I was charged the parking fee by the mall authority on my visit on multiple occasions (27th june and 3rd july) bring the most recent. When asked them why i was charged, i was told that the authority has taken a stay on the supreme court order. On asking for a reference number i was told i can take the number in a couple of days. On going back the cheif security officer under kataria was rude and refused to give the details of the stay and accused me of espionage.

I request you to check and regulate the parking fee in this mall and share the stay details for the mall against the supreme court order.

Dear Sir, This is in reference to my flat (Ashray Neemrana:Plot No 237, Tower-B, Flat No.223) booked with your Ashray Project Neemara in 2012 that i have not received the possession of my Flat yet. The company executive promised for assured possession in May 2014 which you can see mentioned in the attachment ( Ahsray Document from Executive). I have been paying my bank installments regularly and paying the interest to respective SBI Bank. Its really a pity on a Esteemed Builder like you that your company is committing the promise made and customer like me is suffering so much. The second Paragraph in Page number 2 on the attached document ..TRIPARTY AGREEMENT says that the possession should be handed over to me with in 30 months of the letter which is not yet been done so compensate me for this delay in possession. Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked an aprtment along with two of my friends in Aashray project of Anantraj Industries Limited in Neemrana.
They told that we can avail loan facility after submitting of 20% of total cost of flat. After submitting, they suggested us to avail loan from DHFL Ltd. Our loan application was rejected by DHFL saying they are having some issue with Anantraj. After that we contacted Builder and he suggested taking loan from ICICI. Suggestion was given on telephonic conversation. so we applied for the loan from ICICI and it was approved two months back. But builder refused to accept Tri-party agreement provided by bank and proposed his own which was not accepted by bank. Their dispute with bank is still on and we don't see any end to it. so builder suggested us to avail loan from another bank. We asked them to cancel our booking and provide the money back. But they are not listening to us now. Even they have stopped picking up our call.

Here i bring to notice the fraudulent practice adopted by M/S Anantraj Group of Industries o[censored]sing the money of investors for 1.5 years and now returning it back.
M/S Anant raj Group of Industries has launched a project Del-37 in Vasant Vihar Extension Delhi. I have also been allotted one flat in the same and has paid 20% of money. Now as the prices have gone up they are cancelling the allotments on plea of MCD ruling which seems to be clearly manipulated. Its clear of intentions of Anantraj selling these flats in future on higher prices to earn more.
Will request you to investigate about genuinity of this cancellation based on MCD ruling and has this project been scrapped for ever?
Refund should be applicable only if the said project is cancelled for ever.
If the project is resumed again all the investors are liable of the same allotment and at the past procurement rate.
PLEASE BEWARE INVESTORS OF THIS NON BANKING - FUNDING COMPANY. THEY ONLY USE INVESTORS MONEY TO RAISE THEIR PROPERTY VALUE. request all to not to invest with such a fraud group.

I have invested with Ananthraj Group twice in 2 projects of Del 37 and Anantraj Heights in Manesar. They use your money for 1-2 years and than return the money to investor with some manipulated excuse. It appears that they want to gain better everytime of the risen prices at investor/homeseeker's cost.This company doesn't have any Business ethics and thru this complaint, I warn all the investors and Home seekers to not ever follow...

I have been in employment of Anant Raj Construction & Development (P) Ltd as a Store –In-Charge from 24-10-’07 to 10-10-’08 for their IT/ ITEZ project at Rai, Sonepat, Haryana, on a monthly salary of Rupees 17000/- only.

I have not received salary for the month of September’08 and for 10 days of October ’08.
On account of bonus, I got a Cheque for Rs.1734/- for 1month only and for the rest of 10 months the payment remains due. As such unpaid wages amount is as under
Unpaid Salary for Sep’08 : Rs.17, 000/-
Unpaid Salary for Oct.’08 : Rs. 5,484/-
Bonus for 10 months : Rs. 17,340/-
Total Outstanding Payment : Rs. 39,824/-

I requested for clearance of my above outstanding dues in my resignation letter itself.
And have sent subsequently reminders vide Speed post, E-mails, besides SMS, made several phone calls and also have called on twice Shree Ashim Sarin, Executive Director (1st time in May and 2nd time in June’09) and several times on Col.Kanwar (HR dept.), and others concerned but I have yet not received my dues as stated above.
Consequent to this delay,I have further sustained a monetary loss of Rupees 6000/- on account of interest loss and incidental expenses. Hence Company must pay me Rupees45,824/-. last, such two reminders are being attached.
