I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech, I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds.

      I booked 2 studios in Tech 1, Greater noida project in 2011 but till date projevt not delivrred and work stopped before 5 years.

          Got to know about the project through a dealer and have invested my money in Earth Infrastructure- Sapphire court project, which is still undelivered.
          Also the Assured return @ 12% is pending from 2014 onwards.
          I recently got the info, that the project has been handed over to another builder by NCLT, but in the list my name isn't there.
          Kindly let me know the future course of action will be required to save my hard earned money.

                          We purchased a commercial unit in Earth Tech One, Greater Noida in 2012. We were not informed about the resolution process and so failed to get on the list of financial creditors. Alpha Group won the bid to resume construction of the pending projects. To consider us as legitimate buyers, they are asking for Rs 2500 per sq ft of purchased space. This is daylight robbery. We paid in full by 2015. Assured returns were stopped in 2015. The directors of Earth Infrastructures were imprisoned for fraud. We have lost time, hard earned money and health over this dastardly situation and are being penalised for not having been informed by the IRP appointed by NCLT. HOW CAN WE APPEAL AND BE CONSIDERED AS LEGITIMATE FINANCIAL CREDITORS?

                                  I have invested in commercial property in earth sapphire court in sept 2013. Builder promised for assured return cheque till possession. The last update we received from buider is in may 2016 stating we are approaching towards possession of the project, “earth sapphire court” situated at plot no. 48, knowledge park-v, greater noida, u. P. Where you have booked a unit. Ever since then we have been chasing builder for update on assured return cheque / possession but no reply.

                                    I invested in Earth Gracia project for a 3BHK flat in 2012 . Had paid 25% amount of the total amount as per the construction linked plan. Also I visited the site mutiple times, But there had been no development in past few years construction
                                    I Have heard that 3 out of 4 directors are in jail and the project has no updates from past 5 years. I want my money Back

                                    Can anyone help me to find out the solution that how would i get my money back. If any group has filed any complaint in this regard, Please do let me know

                                      I have booked 3bhk flat at earth gracia, noida extension on 31/01/2103. Later in the year 2014, it came to my knowledge that the company is not reliable as many other projects are also left incomplete. Therefore, i surrendered the scheme sensing that their directors were arrested by police. I've submitted my agreement copy in original through a sale manager called mr. Balram jaiswal at earth infrastructure, itdb-100, naraina industrial area phase-1, near dtdc office in the year 2017. Now mr. Balram jaiswal is not picking my phone and the above office is also closed since then. Please take action and help resolve my issue.

                                        I invested in earth tecone studio appartment at yamuna expressway in 2012 with 12% assured return upto 2015 witha possession
                                        But after 2015 no possession no return and even no response from company aide
                                        Even i visited there karol bagh office, connought place office on 3.8.18 all are closed
                                        Nobody picks the phone in noida office also
