I'm a resident of SLV Central Park society situated in Bidare Agraha. There is an empty plot next to our society where the builder has dumped the construction debris and STP waste due to which the water stagnation has happened in the plot. The stagnation has now transformed into a fowl smelling mosquitos breeding ground. Even after several complaints, the builder is not getting it cleaned up as the plot is a private plot and doesn't belong to them. However this is very unhygienic and unsafe and may cause a severe spread of mosquitos Bourne diseases if not cleaned soon. Kindly help in getting it cleaned.

Dissatisfied with the poor quality of work.
Now, encroachment and deviations are demanding us to handover a part of apartment to the government as it's just because of slv. No response even after informing our current situation that they are going to demolish our compound wall where it disturbs the entire structure of the apartment. Worst experience.

Slv developers, kalyan nagar, bangalore - no oc, no cc, no katha transfer done even 5 yrs after buying a flat. Technically we are staying illegally without having any of the above after shelling out all our savings in the dream of owning a house. I understand this is the state of most of the buyers who bought from slv developers, now a new issue of construction being done on encroached land and we are living in a fear of losing our shelter. Beware of this builder who says for everything before buying a flat and will become untraceable later.

We have purchased an apartment with slv projects / slv developers 5 year back still the khata transfer has not happened. Oc is still not been done. Whenever we call murli or ramesh the owners they don't take our call... Now we have to give certain portion of the wall and play area for the govt drainage work... The builders are playing around with us... It's seems they are too big to bother about our small problem

They have done huge encroachments while building the apartment. Many deviations with 3 in approved flat on the terrace and made money and not providing any kind of documents for getting occupancy certificates. We have to give our land to the government for stormwater seepage connection because of encroached construction. The constructed apartments was constructed giving all false promises. No water connections till now. Children play will not be there. Gym equipment will not work.

I bought a flat with slv developers in their project slv parkview apartments. While they made promises on delivering the project on time. The whole project got delayed by more than 1 year. They were supposed to deliver the flat for diwali 2015. We are now at diwali 2016 and still the flat isnt delivered. There is no work which is going on and lot o[censored]s who bough the flat and paid all our installments on time, are still waiting for the handover of the flat. I request anyone who is reading this, to stay away from this builder. The team is very sweet before u buy the flat and extremely harsh when you want them to meet your demands.

We the owners of multiple dwelling units (4 occupants as listed above) residing as combined flat owners in above said location are hereby reaching the respected CMDA authorities to do the needful against the deviated construction being raised in plot# 33 of VGP shanthi Nagar, Pallikaranai, Chennai – 600 100. We have been residing in this location since 2010 and a new construction which the landowners commenced in mid of 2015 found to be deviating the CMDA construction norms. This construction site already has stilt + FF + SF along with car parking in stilt which by itself have deviated the norms of minimum space between construction (4- 5 ft on all sides). Though we raised concern regarding the same, we didn't raise objections given their assurance for free airflow and sunlight due to open car parking. However the owner has decided to raise the 3rd floor which may flout the CMDS norms as per approved FSI in this locality. Moreover as neighborhood residents we are concerned that further raise in the building is a safety threat for our building and may obstruct natural flow of sunlight and wind. Situation may get worse for us if empty plots behind us also gets constructed resulting in excess water, electricity usage to keep our premises bright & airy. With the land owner / builder has decided to continue their construction inspite of our objection, we request you to take necessary action as per CMDA procedures and safeguard our rights as neighbors.

Interim order in OS 1667 of 2012 by the Hon’ble Jr Civil Judge Court in favour of the undersigned. In the circumstances it is requested your kind self to aid & honour the order of the Hon’ble court and effectively implement the order of protection passed by the Hon’ble court. Dear Sir/Madam,

I am residing at sriram nagar colony, puppala guda, manikonda area, I kow that area having lots of illigal constructions which is unauthorized 5th floor construction. but now I have seen the 6th floor construction on Plot#32,33, shrika residency.
And also I heard the construction quality is very poor and now I am worrying about the apartment, and the builder SLV developers (D.Venkateswara Rao) is very influenced person, and as of now he managed all officers and leaders.
Can some one please take appropriate action on that building, or adivce me how to proceed with Loka Yuktha.

One of the real estate builder in Hyderabad, Manikonda area are sold the flats and taken the cash and not shown that amount to income tax department. and when some one ask about that he told he had lots of political back ground so no one can touch him :(

very recently he sold 20flats at ~30Laks per flat and collected 3 to 4 crores money as black money which is not shown to income tax department, and he has lockers in national banks and keeping his black money there, I came to know AXIS bank shaikpet branch have one locker and had black money in that.

like that he had 3 to 4 ventures and he had lots of black money.
