I am Kartha Rajendran Vasudevan, holding TeleMoney Remitter ID # [protected] had remitted INR. 117, 215/- to my Bank Account with Union Bank of India on 27th January 2016, vide Remittance Txn. Ref.[protected], through TeleMoney Branch 426 Al Morouj TMC. Generally, the Bank to Bank remittance is credited within 24 Hours. But, this time I am observing a delay in getting credit of my remittance. Till today (7th February 2016) the amount is not credited to my account with Union Bank of India. I am a regular cutomer of telemoney. I send money from different telemoney branch. At this time i use sabya telemoney branch . I said cashier to send all the amount but he keep 92 halala in amount paid coloumb. I did not see this type of cheating in other branch . I asked with cashier but his behaviour is not good

Please loo in to my complaint regarding my remittance yesterday[protected] up to now not yet receive to my Beneficiary.
