Registering complaint on 8th of October 2016 still on 25th of October 2016 I havn't received any call from technician and need to call again and again to customer support and they tell that you will receive call with 24 working hours but that does not happens at all. if Anchor company is not able to provide good customer service then why are they people running a company which doesn't pays heed to customers. Think i should never ever buy/use anchor product because they don't care for their customers Was this information helpful? |
