Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation — Complaint against Driver and staff response

Booked 2 tickets from Hyderabad to Vijayawada( service(BHEL-MTM 3695 Ticket :)) (amount :355) and Hyderabad to machilipatnam (ticket[protected]amount :433) ). Was there at the pickup point (NIZAMPET).around 2210 hrs. the bus was scheduled to leave at 2220 hrs. after waiting for 10 mins, i called the toll free number [protected], but the call was not getting connected. even from two numbers (+91 [protected] and [protected]). after some time i called the toll free, now it got connected and got the driver number ([protected]), he said the bus is near SR nagar which is 40 mins away from nizampet . the response of the driver is not good at all and he is disconnecting the call regularly .he is not willing to stop the bus for us to catch citing inconvenience to passengers. I tried to complain against the bus driver to help line number They care not willing to take any complaint. Let me know if you require any information. Hence I decided to to complain against APSRTC, . Waiting for justice to be done. Thanks, Seshu
