[Resolved]  Andhra University — AU vijayanagar palace responding to queries

The staff people in AU vijayanagar palace are not responding to any of the phone calls promptly during office hours. Some times the phone tells ' not reachable' and some times they are not even lifting the phone. I have tried to call them for 2 complete working days. But i couldnt able to reach them Please consider my request and take a step to solve the problem, because people from far distances cant come to au vijayanagar palace just to ask the councelling date and time.
