For some urgent information we are searching for the phone numbers. When we call to any of the number, they won't even answer the call. Though they lift call also direct us to some other number without listening to us... And they will say that mistakenly they kept this number, this is not the number for enquiry. This happened almost all the times. Kindly be informative.
Need proper phone numbers.

Firstly, they sent first semester marks memos twice to our college instead of second semester. So I went to E5 section and submitted a letter from our college along with stamp and sign of our principal requesting second sem marks memo. It has been more than a month now, but still I did not get my marks memo. They have been delaying saying every possible reason like printer is not working, today we have hectic schedule, ask your college people to come for this, etc etc. I spent so much money travelling to and fro to AU. And they DON'T answer any phone calls. This is really ANNOYING. I have come all the way from gajuwaka to AU so many times just to listen their bloody excuses, would have been better if they answer my calls. And they speak as if they are doing a charity work there... Kindly someone remember them that they are getting paid to do this exact job. Iam vexed up and very much frustrated with them. I don't know if this complaint is really read or not, please provide a phone number for complaints.

I applied for mca od and mca markslist. I paid money for both certificates.
[protected] i came to viskhapatnam andhra university and attached the paid money copies and xerox copies of my mca provisional, marks list, degree markslist and ssc marks memo.

After 10 day (Means[protected] i received mca od only. But i did not get mca marks list.

I will provide details below and attachments of money paid for od and marks list.
So, please send my mca marks list also.

I am studying m. A. Political science through andhra university distance education with i'd no. 17po00342. I wrote first year exams in july 2018. My marks list is not received yet. After several enquiries over phone they told me on[protected] that i have to pay penalty of rs.300/_ as i sent exam fee lately. At the time of issuing h. T they didn't tell me. So, i immediately send a d. D no 520800 of rs.300/_ on[protected] through registered post which was delivered on[protected]. I waited for one month for my marks list and called again on[protected]. They gave reply after one hour to wait one more week with very negligent manner and not telling dispatched details. Also they are not telling whether i passed or failed. So, i request the concerned authority to take action on those officials who are cause to made late and made me mentally stressed and give me compensation as early as possible.

I have completed my B.Com from Andhra University at Srikakulam Dist. I applied for my B.Com original certificate through online on 11-Sep-18, till date (29-Oct-18)I have not heard anything from them. I paid Rs 5000/-. I passed out in March 1998, any idea how long it will take to process?. Do they really issue for online requests?

I am writing this to inform you that, I have applied for the provisional certificate in andhra university official website ( for reference -https://aucoe.info/service/index.php) and i have been waiting to receive the certificate from the past 2 months. I have also made several phone calls to the telephone number which was shared in the website, but no one answered the call and also i have sent them a mail, not even then they responded.

I am reached of this result by knowing all the information and i got to know that this collge has no responsibility on maintaining the records of students, scholarship registration and this main because they did not register the scholarship after giving all the documents on time and one more that whatever the scholarship coming in college accounts thye are not giving us by saying that money has not came into our account and we are again and again .. suppose the scholarship has came in 1st year we asked them in 2nd year even though thye did not gave. And the also we got the jnana bhumi scholarship in 2nd year they did not yet regretting bye saying that thats fake message and all o[censored]s got the message, i want to say that all will not get the fake message is'it ...also some staff members are not being able to clear in there subject
So please i kindly request you to please take any objection we suffering a lot and many complaints are there to say but the main is about scholarship issue . I have doubt that thye itself take all the money ... I kindly request you to please take a serious objection and inspection, so that we will get are scholarship money..

Hi,

I am sunita. I have completed my master in microbiology from chaitanya college affiliated to andhra university in 2005. I had taken my individual markheets but not the consolidated one.

Recently i saw the online payment for request of all types of certificates. The payment alone is online. I paid a amount of 3500 for consolidated marksheet. Now after this, it says process is manual. So i had sent my father to do the further process. Now to my shock when he went the department says that they cannot give the consolidated markssheet.

This is real agony that you do not have a proper online system. When you cannot give the sheets then how the system accepted my money. It should clearly have a barrier and should give a clear message that the request cannot be processed due to what so ever reason.

I request my money back. I can also provide the bill which i paid.

I have completed my b. Tech cse with the regd no:[protected] in sagi ramakrishnam raju engineering college, bhimavaram.
I had two backlogs in my second year fisrt semester. But i have cleared my backlogs through advanced supplementary which is conducted in the month july 2016.
