On November 14, 2022 I applied for hi tech degree certificate and mark list. It has been 4 months now and it is still not processed. I have repeatedly emailed them and contacted them but still they haven’t responded.

Please help as it’s frustrating and I am on the verge of losing my job! I appreciate your help
