Andhra University — Didn't get the MCA Original Degree

I raised a request to get my PG(MCA) Original Degree online and I was raised on 24th Feb 2022. But still I didn't get my OD certificate yet. I tried different ways to connect university but no response for online numbers. Can you please respond on this.
