Andhra University — I want od certificate

Hello sir.Iam nagababu. Iam not recieved in my od. Iam studying in svrk govt degree college in nidadavolu. In course of ba. In academic year 2009 to2011.Iam aiso paid to chalana in name of andra university. But not coming in my certificate. Some one tell your person we send the in your college. But not coming in my certificate..Please note the my complaint.
