Andhra University — Im complaining about OD

Address:Penupothula Rajesh.. H. No. 1.129,Ramalayam Street, Bandapuram Village, Devarapalli mandlam, West Godavari district. Pin. 534313

This is Rajesh, Completed M-tech in 2017 bearing Roll number[protected]..I Have applied Mtech OD (Original Degree) through online in 20/10/2019. I have Paid 1200 rupees too. But till Today i did not get my OD.
Its Alrdy too Late...
Please tell me.. What can I do for Getting my OD to Home.. Please tell me.. Its very urgent for me..
