Andhra University — marks memo not received

I lost my marks lists and I applied duplicate marks list through normal on September. Till now I hadn't received my marks memo to my address provided. I paid the fees. I did my graduation from S.R.K.R engineering college in the stream of computer science from the year 2018. I am requesting you to send it fast as it took nearly months. Please sir.
