Andhra University — Not received my Social Work PG OD by post till to date

This is to submit my application for OD of MA Social Work was applied online on 21.10.2020 and submitted the hard copies of my payment details to the office by hand only on 21.10.2020.
In the office they told that OD will be posted to your residential address and it will take more than 20 days. But now the time was exceeded more than one month.
