Andhra University — Not yet received od tatkal with father name correction

Sir, I'm Ruma Jati reg no[protected] completed b.ed from AU Aug 2014. On 14th October, 2016 I paid Rs 4600/-for GC, MC, OD tatkal With Father Name Correction & received from AU b.ed section GC and MC hand to hand on that. It was said that OD tatkal will be sent within 20 days by post. Bt not yet received. please help
