Andhra University — request for PC not attended till date

sir/madam I have completed my Post graduate degree in computer programming and application in the year 2014 with Register No 04cp00016 and also applied for my PC in the month of Oct 2014 through registered post with all my marks statement with application form.I sorry to inform you that my Provisional certificate not yet received till date.i have been contacting with the concern official regarding this issue but the individual is saying that I will send soon so i request you to take necessary action at the earliest thanking you sir
