Hi,

My name was pedakapu durga laxmi parvathi (Before marriage). I have done my graduation (B. Sc chemistry) in the year[2016 passed out] in s. V. Degree college (Rayavaram mandal, visaka district) which is affiliated by andhra university. Because of marriage my surname was changed (Present name is bade durga laxmi parvathi), due to this i am not able to claim mukyamantri yuvanestam. Can you please change my surname pedakapu to "bade"

Iam ULLI MATYARAJU I hve done my graduation B SC COMPUTER SCIENCE in the year( 2016 passed out)in GOVT DEGRRE COLLAGE CHINTAPALLI MADAL VISAKHAPATNAM DISTRICT )which is aaffiliated by ANDRA UNIVERSITY because my middle name is not entered by one latter if was change my full name (present name is ULLI MATY RAJU My full name is ULLI MATYARAJU )due to this iam not able to claim government jobs can please change my full name MATY RAJU TO ULLI MATYARAJU
