Hi, My name was pedakapu durga laxmi parvathi (Before marriage). I have done my graduation (B. Sc chemistry) in the year[2016 passed out] in s. V. Degree college (Rayavaram mandal, visaka district) which is affiliated by andhra university. Because of marriage my surname was changed (Present name is bade durga laxmi parvathi), due to this i am not able to claim mukyamantri yuvanestam.
