Anganwadi — complain about anganwadi teacher and cooking person

Hi, iam 4 month praganant i want submit my thaycard to t. Dhararahalli, 11 cross anganwadi but they are denying almost 6 th time, first 3time i had went there, cooking woman given wrong information i coudn't able to meet teacher also. Finally one day i had met theacher, now she is telling icici bank not valid bank so you have wait 1 more month i will conform with higher authority to regarding this bank or else asking to open new account.
