Anganwadi — milk and eggs

Sir,
In our anganwadi they are not giving eggs and milk properly, they are giving loose milk which is diluted with water, it was also given only once in a weak, they gave only 3 eggs, please take actn, ths is nt benifitial for pregnants benifitial for anganwadi workers. The anm doesnt gave any medicatn, when we ask about milk they told that their superiors orderd them not to give milk packets
