Respected sir/mam,
The anganwadi in kasthurinayakkan palayam of coimbatore is providing with our products but saying most of the products got over eventhough we come in the first week of a month. This issue is prevailing for so long but its getting severe month by month. I hope ull protect us from these issues so kindly take immediate action against the above mentioned anganwadi lady as soon as possible.

Improper way of collecting cow dungs all over the area in front of school by the villagers which is increasing health and hygien problems to the children who comes to study... Department is very weak here and also creating a bad image of the school its a humble request to please contact the respective department and solve the problem... Anappropriate way of illegally adapting the area of school for personal use is not fair... Please resolve the problem

I am a pregnant women.. I am from gujarat vadodara and gorwa village. I wanted to apply for pmmvy in which i should get nutrition food benefit and 6000 rs too but the anganwadi worker is denying for the same.. The lady who works in gorwa panchvati anganwadi is not giving the benefits of pmmvy facility. Please suggest or give the solution for the same

My village name asathakallapalli, plakurthy mandal, pedadapalli dist, my anganwadi teacher bhadhri bhagaiah was a corrupted women.
She is selling eggs and children food in basanthnagar nagar hotel near indian gas store.
She attending anganwadi school at 11am.
Please go through anganwadi assistant so that you will come to know how she is selling eggs and children food to the hotels.
She not even done door to door survey regarding voter i'ds she deleted so many voter i'ds also.
So kindly request you to please look into this matter and remove these kind of inefficient women from anganwadi.

I am mohit s/o anil kumar and i am complaining aganwadi worker hemlata from my village paiga. She is a very very corrupt lady.
Every day she came at aganwadi center around 11:30am to 12:00pm. And mostly time she will not present at centeror not in village.
Also not providing any kind of information regarding pregnant women benefits.
I also submit a application for pregnant women benefit in august with the name priyanka, but till not we don't get any benefit.
Please go through on this complain.

The complaint is about the lady her name is mrs. Sunitha w/o srinivas reddy. She is teacher of anganwadi and she sells the food (Like eggs, dall, oil packets, etc) to all outsider for cattle’s which comes for children.
There is no arrangement for the study of children there is many more problem faced by the children who came in an anganwadi. Please sir do something for this type of cheater, who don't understand the value of poor children they are the future of india n also cheat the govt.
And she is very rude with the public and mainly egoistic lady. Mostly peoples says she have a village political background e. G. His brother was ex-sarpanch and he has some political knowledge. So please i request you to come and see the whole records and documents of food supplied by government please take an action. Hope my concern will be taken seriously and oblige.

വാരാപ്പുഴയിൽ ഉള്ള സെന്റര് നമ്പർ 99 അംഗനവാടിയെ പറ്റി കുറച്ചു പരാതികൾ ബോധിപ്പിക്കാൻ ഉണ്ട്. ഇതിന്റെ വർക്കർ ആയ subaitha m. M എന്ന വെക്തി യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും ഇതുപോലെ ഒരു സ്ഥാപനം അതും കുട്ടികളെ വൃത്തി ആയും വിദ്യാഭാസപരമായും നോക്കാൻ അവര്ക് അറിയില്ല. അതുമല്ല ഇവർ സഥാസമയം പാർട്ടി പ്രെവർത്തനവും ആയിട്ട് നടക്കുന്ന ഒരു സ്ത്രീ ആണ്. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇവർ അധികസമയവും പ്രേതേകിച് ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള സമയം സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാകില്ല. അതുപോലെ രാവിലെ 10 :30 നു ശേഷം മാത്രമേ അംഗനവാടി തുറക്കാറുള്ളു. അവിടെ വരുന്ന കുട്ടികളുടെ അമ്മമാരോട് സുബൈദ എന്ന വർക്കർ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നത് അവര്ക് വീട്ടിൽ പണിയെല്ലാം തീർത്തിട്ട് ഇവിടെ വരാൻ പറ്റുകയുള്ളു അതുകൊണ്ട് 10 :30 നു മാത്രമേ കുട്ടികളെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നാൽ മതി എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നത്. അതുപോലെ കുട്ടികൾക്കായിട് ഗവണ്മെന്റ് നൽകുന്ന ഭക്ഷണ സാധനങ്ങൾ മാക്സിമം അവരുടെ വീട്ടിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിനും അതുപോലെ അവർ വളർത്തുന്ന പോത്തിനും ഭക്ഷണമായിട്ടാണ് പോകുന്നത്. ഇതെല്ലം പരിശോധിച്ചാൽ തെളിവ് സഹിതം നിങ്ങൾക് ബോധ്യപെടുന്നതാണ്. അതുപോലെ വെള്ളപൊക്കം ഉണ്ടായതിന്റെ സമയത് ഇവർ അതിരാവിലെ തന്നെ സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ വന്നു അവിടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഭക്ഷണ സാധനങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം ഇവരുടെ വീട്ടിൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു സുരക്ഷിതമായിട് അവരുടെ തട്ടിൻ പുറത്തു സൂക്ഷിച്ചു പക്ഷെ ഇവർ അവിടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന കുട്ടികളുടെ ബുക്‌സും കളിസാധനങ്ങളും ഒന്നും സുരക്ഷിതമാക്കാൻ ശ്രെമിച്ചില്ല. ഇവരുടെ സ്ഥാപനം രണ്ടു നില കെട്ടിടമാണ് അതിന്റെ മുകളിലെ നിലയിൽ ഇതെല്ലം സുരക്ഷിതമായിട് വെക്കാൻ സാധിക്കും പക്ഷെ അവർ അതൊന്നും ചെയ്യാതെ ഭക്ഷണസാധനകൾ മാത്രം അവർ കടത്തിക്കൊണ്ടു പോയി അവരുടെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് എന്നിട് ഇതിനെ പറ്റി ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവർ പറഞ്ഞത് അതെല്ലാം വെള്ളത്തിൽ ചീത്തയായിട് കുഴിച്ചു മൂടി എന്നാണ്. പക്ഷെ ഇതെല്ലം ഇവരുടെ പോത്തിന് പുഴുങ്ങി കൊടുക്കുവാൻ വേണ്ടിയാണ് ഇവർ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്. ഇവരുടെ ഭർത്താവിന് പണിയില്ല പിന്നെ വല്ലപ്പോഴും എലെക്ട്രിക്കൽ വർക്കിന്‌ പോകുന്ന മകൻ ആണ് വീട്ടിൽ ഉള്ളത് പിന്നെ ഇവരുടെ അങ്കണവാടിയിൽ നിന്ന് കിട്ടുന്ന വരുമാനം വെച്ച് ഇവർക്കു പോത്തിനെ വളത്താൻ പറ്റില്ല. അപ്പോൾ എല്ലാവര്ക്കും ഇതൊരു സത്യം എന്ന് മനസിലാകും.
വെള്ളപ്പൊക്കത്തിന് ശേഷം അങ്കണവാടിയിൽ ഇൻസ്‌പെക്ഷൻ ആയിറ്റി വന്ന സർ നേരിൽ കണ്ടു മനസിലാക്കിയതാണ് ഇതെല്ലം. വൃത്തി ആക്കാത്ത പരിസരവും വെള്ളം കയറി അഴുക്കു പിടിച്ച കുട്ടികളുടെ ഡ്രെസ്സും കളിപ്പാട്ടങ്ങളും പിന്നെ ക്ലീൻ ചെയ്യാത്ത ഫ്‌ളോറും നേരിൽ കണ്ടിട് അതെല്ലാം എല്ലാദിവസവും ക്ലീൻ ചെയ്യേണ്ട കാർഎം ഇല്ല എന്നാണ് മറുപടി പറഞ്ഞത്.അതുപോലെ വൈകി തുറക്കുന്നതും എല്ലാം നേരിൽ കണ്ടു സർ ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടതാണ്.
ഗോവെര്ന്മേന്റിൽ നിന്നും കിട്ടുന്ന 10, 000 രൂപയ്ക്കു വേണ്ടി വർക്കർ സുബൈദയുടെ കൈവശം 70 ഓളം ആളുകൾ കൊടുത്ത അപേക്ഷ താലൂക് ഓഫീസിലെ വേസ്റ്റ് ബാസ്കറ്റിൽ നിന്നുമാണ് ആളുകൾക്കു അന്നേഷിച്ചപ്പോൾ കിട്ടിയത്.ഇതിനു കാരണം സുബൈദ ഇത് നേരിട് കൊടുത്താലേ വേറെ ആളുകളുടെ കൈവശം കൊടുത്തിട് അത് വേറെ 2 ആളുകൾ കൈമാറിയാണ് ഇത് താലൂക് ഓഫീസിൽ കിട്ടിയത്. ഇവർക്കു സ്വന്തം വാർഡിലും അതുപോലെ സമൂഹത്തിലും ഒരു നല്ല പേരും പെരുമയും ഇല്ലാത്തവർ എന്ന ബഹുമതിയാണ് ഉള്ളത്. ഇവരുടെ എല്ലാ നെഗറ്റീവ് കാര്യേങ്ങളും നിങ്ങൾക് നേരിട് അറിയണമെന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഇതേ പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ ഉള്ള മറ്റു അംഗനവാടി വർക്കേഴ്സിനോട് ചോദിച്ചാൽ അറിയാൻ കഴിയും.ഇവരുടെ കൂടെ വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്ന സഹായിയെ അങ്കണവാടിയിൽ ഉള്ള സാധനങ്ങളുടെ പങ്കു നിര്ബന്ധപൂർവം കൊടുത്ത അവരെയും ചതിയിൽ പെടുത്തു വെച്ചിരികയാണ്. പങ്കെടുത്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ ജോലി പോകും എന്നോർത്തു ആപാവം സ്ത്രീ ഇതെല്ലം എടുക്കുന്നത്. സുബൈദയുടെ വീട്ടിലെ പോത്തിന് വേണ്ടി വീടിന്റെ പുറത്തു ഒരു ചരുവത്തിൽ കുക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്ന പാത്രത്തിൽ നോക്കിയാൽ കാണാൻ പറ്റും അങ്കണവാടിയിൽ പിള്ളേർക് കൊടുക്കുന്ന ഗോതമ്പുമ പയറും പൊടികളും. കുട്ടികൾക്കു ഉച്ചക് ഭക്ഷണം കൊടുക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി അവിടെ വരുന്ന കുട്ടികളുടെ അമ്മമാരെകൊണ്ട ഇവർ കറി എല്ലാം ഉണ്ടാക്കി കൊണ്ട് വര്ത്തിക്കുകയാണ് ചെയുന്നത് അതും കുറച്ചു ഉണ്ടാക്കി കൊണ്ട് വന്നാൽ അത് തികയുന്നില്ല കുറച്ചു കൂടി അതികം ഉണ്ടാക്കി കൊണ്ട് വരാൻ ഇവാൻ പറയുന്നത്. സർക്കാർ കുട്ടികൾക്കുള്ള എല്ലാം ചിലവിനും പൈസ കൊടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട് പിന്നെ ഇവർ ചെയുന്നത് വളരെ നീചമായ ഒരു പ്രവർത്തിയായിട്ടാണ് എല്ലാവരും പറയുന്നത്.
ഒരു അംഗനവാടി വർക്കർക് വേണ്ട യാതൊരു ഗുണവും ഇല്ലാത്ത ഇവരെ പുറത്താക്കി യോഗ്യതയുള്ള വേറെ വർക്കറിനെ വെക്കാൻ എത്രയും പെട്ടന്ന് നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കണം എന്ന് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

Hi, iam 4 month praganant i want submit my thaycard to t. Dhararahalli, 11 cross anganwadi but they are denying almost 6 th time, first 3time i had went there, cooking woman given wrong information i coudn't able to meet teacher also. Finally one day i had met theacher, now she is telling icici bank not valid bank so you have wait 1 more month i will conform with higher authority to regarding this bank or else asking to open new account. A new construction anganwadi center home work start at-achyut pur, po/block-dharamsa, panchayat-abhya pur, dist jajpur. The anganwadi construction place is dangerous for our little children because a big pond near it. If any children slip this pond who can responsible?, so our village some peoples complain against that work through sub-collector on dt-10.8.18 to stopped this work & sub-collector through a written to cdpo & ari to stopped that work. Also cdpo visit this place & stopped this work. But last 15 days the contractor not obey it & he start work. So kindly take necessity action as soon as possible.

I am writing a complaint against one of the anganwadi teacher at edathala panchayath under vazhakkulam block “smt. Ajitha” near kunjattukara high school. Her behaviour is very bad. Everytime she is scolding the parents and students. She has some mental problems also. I think that icds in charge is also encouraging her. Because they know her behaviour about steeling of food items especially pregnet womens nutrition food items, new born baby items etc. When we ask this matter, she is teasing. Everytime her behaviour about parents is like a ‘begger’. Never she wear the uniform. Every month she is making signature of others and and making malpractices.
Kindly make sudden action to prohibit these type of malpractices and please transfer her from this place immediately

I am writing this complaint form kerala malappuram dist. Nilambur via moothedam p. O. Moochiparatha.in moochiparatha anganvadi this month provide only one pack of nutrition food for my son. When i ask about this matter that madam says that here we have more people. But we get only less quantity. If you come date 1 you can get more quality. After 15 th this much only. From next month monthly only one time they will provide. Pls provide the quantity details of nutrition foods. If there is any condition about this matter pls let me know.

Anganwadi teacher's mrs puttamma and mrs veena, kooli block, suragitopu bhadravathi shimoga taking bribe of 600/- each from woman post delivery n asking sarees for work they will be doing to us. Amount transferred will be delayed if isn't bribed. Ration friends govt is distributed once in month measuring in tea cups. Any queries is not responded giving proper information. Others too have involved where am unaware of names. Please help our people who are awaiting benefits by govt. Aganwadi sevika of tarouni Muslim naadali tola Dhamdaha, purnea, Bihar, 854205 sevikais Shayra Bano wife of Imtiyaz Alam. She never distribute anything to child or pregnant women and every goods who has gain from government authority. She sold this with in shoap .

If government gives this type of facility to child it's necessary to check it's feedback.
No any person has come there for checking how work is going on. So Aganwadi is totally waste of money of government I think. Government should be assigned particular person to handle this type of Aganwadi. Aganwadi should be a apart from aganwadi's house. It will be a specific area where open a Aganwadi center. If you can anything for the same then do.

Our anganvadi is not allowing ration for pregnant womens properly. When i asked about this, the anganvadi worked said that the ration is out of stock since april 2018. On may 2018 again i asked for the ration but the anganvadi worker sulekha misbehaved with me.
I delivered my baby on may 25th 2018 till this day the anganvadi worker or helper didn't enquire about the child or inform us about the vaccinations. As the condition is getting worse day by day i am not sure about receiving allowances for me and my child from government authorities. So please take necessary action against...

The worker (Swaroopa) at this anganvaadi school, irritates on children and parents. She will not show interest in supply ration to the beneficiaries. She feels, she is providing the ration from her pocket.

They took all the documents from us and took signature but not giving ration properly.

Every postpartum mother should get an egg, milk and rice. But in anganvadi they are giving tiny eggs and loose milk which is mixed with water. Actually every mother should be given cooked dal and rice also which the postpartum mother cannot go and have daily. All the rice and dal is taken by the anganwadi workers. Actual people are not benefited. Instead of that if the rice and dal is given to them, they can cook properly at home. Some one should monitor properly whether they are giving good quality products and whether the supplies are going to the correct people. Superiors should interact with the mothers whether everything is fine or not.

I am very sad to say, our government providing us lot benfit to state and villages
But due some people all things are not getting right person as example in our anganwadi most of the time its not open then how the children will come if the kids are came then they are not getting proper food, education and etc.
So, its humble request to see on it and take severe action on it.

As i see everyday that miss deepa will be late to the anganwadi school she comes by 12.30pm and goes back by 2.30pm and also she is irregular and irresponsible person. She is doing many fraud things in the school such as selling the good items, selling filled gas cylinders making money and she is very rude with the public and mainly egoistic lady.
So please i request you to come and see the whole records and documents of food supplied by government and mainly her working timings only 2 hours. I wonder how can she get the wages from government and no action taken against her. Hope my concern will be taken seriously and oblige.

They are not giving govt benefits to people, infact they selling all eggs, cereals and oil encashing for personal.

Please take a serious action on these people before it's too late.
We still don't understand anganwadi is for public or for her and her sister.

Every month satyavathi husband goes to kirana shop which nearer to his home and sells oil, eggs, cereals (Provided for anganwadi by the government) takes cash in return. He is not at all government servant but he behaves like government is for them not for public.

And they do's a lot of other frauds also, we should feel shamed of our government is putting these type of people in this type of prestigious position and they are not even worth for it.

I request please take a necessary immediate action on this people.

In our locality 32 ward kakinada, anganwadi centre not opened daily and centre teacher her name sunitha was not distribute the pregnent womens ration properly, she shows fake entries in her register, and misuse the government supplied ration. Please take necessary actions against her. She cheated pregnent womens and small childs, please survey the details.

I'm from bangalore... My anganwadi is near kavalbyrasandra... Nearby to keb office... The lady name in anganwadi is nagarathnamma w/o nagaraja.. The lady does not provide anything to children... She treats the children in bad manner... She takes dal, rice, sugar, milk powder n sells it near her house n shops... Nothing is given to the children to eat... She blackmails everybody... Respected sir/ madam, मि सांगली जिल्हा मधुन नांन्द्रे गावचा रहिवासी आहे.येथील आंगनवाडी चा शैक्षणिक दर्जा फार खराब आहे. येथील शिक्षिका कधीही वेळेवर हजर नसतात व मुलांवारती कधी लक्ष देत नाहीत. मुलाना पुरेसा आहार देखील दिला जात नाही व लहान मुलांचा खाऊ बाहेर परिचयना वाटला जातो. कृपया वरील अधिकाऱ्यांनी कालजीपुर्वक लक्ष्य द्यावे व लहान मुलांचे हित जाणावें ही विनंती.

Sir, please do something otherwise all money looted by her in village, &poor child r not benefited in our government scheme.

The anganwadi teachers are stealings childrens' daily granted foodsfor their own purpose. They beat children like beasts if anyone wants to pee or talks to other one or exchanges their seats.Specially in some areas parents are scared to send their children in anganwadi schools because of these inhuman guys.The anganwadi teacher threat children by locking then in the toilet.Despite of being very poor some parents are planning to admitt their children in private schools and some of the parents are just not interested to teach their children anymore because of seeing such examples of government appointed teachers.So I hereby request to please have a clear probe on this and lets spread education for every child.
