I have a account in angel broking. I have used that account... From last 4 days i was receiving excess limit used mails... And i have already cut my position on daily basis according to that mail. But on 4th day i received a massage which is mentioned that you have to pay around 2k rupees. I have cut my position with more than 4500 rs. But on next day... I was unable to sell my position on delivery also. And that's why (Only for 5k excess) i had taken more than 21k loss. Because i was unable to sold my shares which one i had.

I want my loss back. Else i will go to sebi with full case. I am mentally harassed with this case. And hoping that you should resolved it on urgent basis.

I had already called to my RM who is Anshul Goyal on that day to sell my shares but no action has been taken by the organisation. She had done some efforts for me and the all conversation done with his HOD but no one did efforts to finish this.
I tried to create an account . after completing my payment successful. Due to aadhaar crd is not registered with mobile no . Unable to create my accout. Could you please do the needful.

I have created new account on 23rd feb. But my account is showing error of "account is blocked for trading". I have already added funds in my account please check this issue .This Same issue reported to customer service on 24th morning but issue is not solved yet.

    Worst service customer service from angel broking. I will never recommend anyone to open accont with them its better to go to other broking firms. I connected many times with angle broking office for account closure but there is worst response from them. Every time the person who is assigned advisor to me tells he started process and account will be closed in 1 week but still account is not closed. Can someone please help me how to process my account closure online if they have any such process.

    And please don't go to them for account opening.

      Have opened a demat account with angel broking sub broker in delhi ram sunder verma (7th nov 2017). They have committed for 40 % limit. On the basis of that i have purchased some shares and decided to take position. But in the evening i have realised that they have sold all the shares with taking my consent. Moreover they have deleted the transaction and taken all my withdraw-able amount. They are super fraud.

        I have tried to open my d-mat account online in angel broking web-site. Money of rs 10000/- got transferred and unfortunately account was not created due to "non-response of adhar-mobile linking issue". The adhaar site is temporarily having issues and mobile no can't be updated as per govt. Regulations. I have contacted the branch office (Amit khosa and valluri sindhuja) at hyderabad, punjagutta and they were also not able to open the account online (Due to some sub-broker warning). I even lodged and sent mail to [protected]@angelbroking.com (No one responded from ab). Amit/sindhuja continuously promised to refund the money and they were unable to... Everytime i call, they say.. Its with mumbai team/bangalore team... Its been 3 weeks since amount got transferred to my pan... Untill now they were not able to refund my money and every day they say some odd stories.. Poor customer service and fradulent brokers.. Plz help...

          I can not see the tick by tick and daily chart of equity and crude etc your i t department could not provide after many attemps please provide immediately they say my internet provider mtnl has not allowed me f t p
          So they can not transfer the file. Mtnl says they do not have. Any file transfer protocol file to allow on your internet. Please do needfull

            From last 6 months i am requesting to close my demat and trading account but they are not closing it. Everytime they mark the ticket as close but don't actually close the account. They are making their customers fool by charging a lot of hidden charges. And i am trying to get out of the trap, they are not allowing me to get rid of angel broking. My client id is cp6560

              Hi,

              I am praveen srivastava my customer id is nod3083. During opening of my account process angle broking executive promised me for free coupons of amazon and bookmyshow. It is more then 3 months now and since then i am following with the guy but still there is no response.

              During customer call executing inform my client code is promocode for amazon and bookmyshow but this is again false commitment and when i entered my client id it says invalid promocode. Also there customer service number changes frequently and did not work max of the time. I am really fedup with anglebroking.

              The reply by Angel broking is same they are not willing to provide the amazon voucher and it is confirmed now .
              I want to register a formal complain against them for cheating the customer with false commitment.

              I read your email this is not the point if you are able to understand my concern. the case is your sales guy is cheating the persons and you are doing nothing by not taking any action. So what ever he is doing you guys are supporting. So you guys are making false promises and as company.
              This is the case. don`t say to me you have stopped this promotion and your blah blah...### .I am not begging you for this vouchers you guys are cheater this is the point and trying to attract people with false promises.
              If you have add anything here then update otherwise accept you guys are cheater.

                Dear sir, my name is balraj sahu, a excutive called me from angle broking, indore regarding, service by broking with them, i have clear him that i will invest only upto 10000 ten thousand, and they have already agreeed, after that they paased the call to mr. Sushant khatri he again request me to pay the amount 13000, i have paid through credit card, next day mr, khatri told me that you have to pay again 5500 rs, i pray him that i have no more money to used any how, he assure me that my un - used maoney will be refund at saturday, again he call me that we can used the profile for marketing with mr sumeet sharma, bangalore, and again request me that if you have not pay 11200 rs, teh we will not do any thing.

                When i told me about 18500 rs, which is already paid to him please return to me, then he told me that this is service amount, but i could not understand that what service i have used.

                  no communication, no reply

                  I am angel broking customer and still getting difficult to contact them. My relation manager doesn’t have any contact no not she reply to my mails. I have sent to mails to angel advisory account but didn’t get any reply. There provide phone numbers are not working or if it works you cannot reach to customer care person.

                  This is really useless service....

                  The person called ajay chourasia from angel brocking executive forced to open the demat account where i was unfamiliar about the share market.
                  He said if i refer i will get cash backs and amazon vouchers, so i refere to my friends they also opened account. We deposited 10k in account. After few days he disappeared, he didnt respond to our call, we tried several times to contact to him. He blocked us from all the ways.
                  Same issue we highlighted to the angel brocking, till now they didnt actioned.

                    I'm holding angel broking demat account, and trading more than a year.

                    I do buy/sell shares atleast 2-3 days a week. And the brokerage was normal.

                    Last month i verified my statement casually, and got shocked that all of sudden last 4-5 months they deducted[protected] ruppes each month on the name of dp charges. I sent a mail to agent several times they did not reply and they dont pick the phone

                    After a month, now they replied saying each transaction they will charge rs 20+tax as dp charges for every transaction of sale.

                    For example if i sell a 10 different shares of each 50 ruppes. They will deduct 200+ tax for the transaction value of 500 ruppes. This is 40% of my sale price. Hardly one could earn 8-10 percent as profit after holding a year, and this smart cheaters take 40% of invested amount on top of brokerage, and final outcome is we need to loose money

                    I had a demat account with other broker like icici direct they only charge.5 percent for buying & selling and amc around 700 per/year. No additional cost.

                    This guys are cheaters and charging 20 ruppes = tax per transaction is big scam.

                    While opening of account, the representative motivates to trade the smaller quantity of shares, and inform that irrrespective of no of transaction the 0.28 percent or maximum cap of around 25 rupee will be the brokerage for buying&selling both together on each segment (BSE/NSE). But actual thing is they will deduct the brokerage and end of each month they deduct 2 other extra chanrges margina dn dp charges which they will never tell you. Each transaction they deduct 23 rupees, some case it will be 600 percent (like if you sell 1 share of 3i infotech you will get 4 ruppes but the commison will be 23 ruppes addition to the brokerage which is around 600 percentage of amount). Also they interanlly transfered the shares to pool account (i dont understand what it is) and they charge another 23 rupees for each transaction while selling shares 23+23 =46 ruppes addition to the brokerage on most cases while you sell the shares. And they never sent me the statement of shares transferred to heir pool account and the reason why it has been transferred, eventhouh i had enough cash in my account

                      Hi, i am jitesh bangera my client code - j 26815
                      I was inactive with my demat a/c for more than 4 years but had some holdings in that.
                      I am trying to activate my a/c by downloading your app but nothing is going right from. Last 10 days.
                      I almost spoke to atleast 5 different persons at angel customer care but nothing seems happening, rather than ending up giving other individual numbers.

                        According to the mtf report received my debit balance as on 11th was 529641/- and i sold stocks worth approximately 1, 13, 000/- so my mtf debit should approximately 4, 16, 641/- while it showed a debit in the mobile app as 5, 00, 005/- as on 12 th october. Due to which till date the debit balance is incorrect which means a loss of more than a lac for me. E
                        I have written a dozen mails to the customer care and my relationship manager of angel broking but no one reverts. I have made atleast 100 calls to the customer care number provided but they halso don't have a answer and disconnect my calls.

                            I have two sip's running from my demat account (Dell6337). One of rs 2000 and one of rs 3000. Everything was working fine for the last couple of months but on this month (September) after two deductions from my account that is one of rs 2000 and one of rs 3000 again on[protected]Yesterday) a amount of rs 2000 was deducted from my bank account by mutual fund bse. When i contacted my bank they said sir you have registered a mandate with us via angel broking so whenever they will ask for money we will simply give them.in the bank statement transaction type is showing exactly the same as it shows whenever a mutual fund amount is deducted.

                            I tried to contact anoop rathee and other customer care but no one replied or was able to solve my problem. I would request you to please look into the matter and let me know the issue.

                                My name is gaurav goyal (Client id. Grgn9039) charged me increased stamp duty of haryana govt. My all cash & online transactions done from delhi state, i have provide the bank statement as an address proof but they didnt considered it and charged me 1 lakh stamp duty charges.

                                Inspite of many mails, they hav'nt reversed it, i have provided the mail proof also for wrong details updated, but they didn't corrected and charged me wrong stamp duty.
                                Please take the legal action on broking house.

                                  I have been calling multiple times to angel broker's # up customer care to stop sending me messages (Daily tips on share trading)... I # don't do any share trading and # hate their messages... I never asked for their help... If possible please please please please please ask them to stop sending me messages on my number. I promise not to make any business with them in future and will let others stop making any business if these guys do not take my issue seriously. My number is [protected]

                                    My client code is r64912. My account is working or not. I have contacted customer care and he told that my account is working. You transfer your fund online and subsequently start trading. I have try to fund transfer online from last 10 day but i will received the message i. E. Your session expired. I have contacted to customer care and they told that the system problem and the same will be clrar by within one day. I have try from last 10 days but not transer the fund to angel account. No support was provided regarding from angel and not received any singal phone from the issue... Really frustrated with this organization... I requested to all... Not to join angel broking...

                                    Plz advice for further action.

                                      On 11.09.17 i had sell 8000qty liberty shoe script under settlement number 2017172.

                                      I have not received the yet the nse auction details client id wise

                                      I have also not received the nse-direct trade report from 11.09.17 to 15.09.17. From nse-direct. The same i was getting for my each trading script earlier dates on my email [protected]@yahoo.co.in
