Angel Broking has debited the money (1000/-) from my bank account on 25th July'22 for 2 MF SIPs. Later i got a mail for rejection of this payment from mutual fund but, Angel broking have still not refunded or credited them back to my account.
The MFs that I was investing in, was rejected the order on 2nd August after money deduction from bank But, the amount that was debited in July for this MFs have still not been credited back to my account.
I called, emailed, and raised complaints multiple times to their MF dept. they are all incompetent to understand what exactly is the issue and only want to delay resolution. Pathetic people without any customer centricity.
This complaint has been raised to see if I can get a quick resolution from these people. Also, I have now understood that we should not purchase MFs via distributors like these who only want to harass their customers. Was this information helpful? |
