Dear sir,
I have made a request to cahnge account number and active segment 7 days back on 17 feb 2021. But still thesame is not processed. You customer care number is not responding.

    Date-19/02/2021 I add fund from my bank account to angel broking account.
    But my money deduction from account not not add successful in angel broking account. But spend 24 hour money not refund

      I have a Client Account in Angel Broking. I haven't used it for more than a year. There is a negative balance in my Account. Now I want to sell my shares so tried to login. However, it shows as "User Suspended". I call the Customer Service and every time I am getting a different solution. Still not able to login. No one is giving a proper solution. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

          Its always a case that I either cannot login and place an order, and now, my portfolio isnt showing. Further, though I purchased shares, which were visible in the folio yesterday, no shows that I have margin.

                Hello...My client code is A385830. My account is suspended without prior notice. Account is suspended till now...!! I requested them to open my account on provisional basis but they do not did soo... No support was provided regarding shares and all... No training provided to me... No one was picking my calls... Really furstrated with this organisation... I have shares in it...

                        Dear sir
                        My name is Dheenadhayalan. My ID is D93562..yesterday(4.2.2021) I traded with bank nifty options.After placing my order amount of 50000 I am not able to stop the intraday after profit of amount 5000.thereafter within 5minutes no way to stop the order and entire money 50000 was gone and went to negative amount of 10000 in my margin amount. That means I have to pay 10000 extra to Angel broking.Normally it has to stop at MTM of 80%.This is obviously because of your system fault.

                        Thanks to refund the margin money from your end and further trading.

                            1 Feb 2021 I am trading equity section is good when I am trade in mcx section so facing issue when I placed oder so not showing in my trade book and also not showing in my position but after 4-5 min seen position open in high price getting loss and when I am close the position so again 4-5 min after that close my position around 4 trade is getting around 1000 rs loss I want refund this amount otherwise I will share in public and news Chanel screenshot video

                              1 of Feb 2021 when I an trying application so facing is very big issue no position showing auto trade and auto close and angel broking side my loss is around 3000 rs. Brokerage and other really fill very bad service because no customer care number on after 6 pm I am trying around 12-15 number this company such very bad company

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I applied for closure of account to Kotak Securities and instructed to transfer the shares to angel broking. The Kotak Securities transferred the shares from Kotak Securities to Angel broking on 11/01/2021 at the prevailing rate of the day.
                                  The total invested amount in individual shares has increased from the actual amount initially invested. In some, a particular case investment amount is being shown as zero.
                                  I tried to appraise the situation to the executive at Angel Broking office at Jaipur but they say that nothing can be done as we do not have the previous record with us.
                                  When I contact Kotak Securities it is said that the account has been closed and it is up to angel broking to complete the details. It is difficult to provide the details of the source of the escalated amount to income tax authorities.
                                  Kindly provide a solution to this uncalled for situation and oblige.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I had opened account in angel broking since 13 to 14 years back. I dont know this DEMAT account is still open and close as I have not used till date and I forget all credentials required to login in angel broking. I have tried to open again account in angel broking but DEMAT account is still showing exit against my pan number AIKPA6989N. Now I am unable to reopen the account as I m very keen to trade with angel broking. Requested either close my account which is still exist against my pan number AIKPA6989N, so that I can open again .

                                        I had placed an order for coforge call strike price 2500 at premium of 87 .60
                                        I had put a stop loss of 84.50 and the stop loss did not trigger
                                        Also i tried to exit the trade manually but i was unable to
                                        At the end of the day these guys cancelled my trade at a huge loss
                                        I was unable to square of my position
                                        This is a pure mistake at their end
                                        If the balance is cut surely i will embarrass these guys on twitter file a consumer complaint against them and what not
                                        Please keep in mind :)
