My name is Dheenadhayalan. My ID is D93562..yesterday(4.2.2021) I traded with bank nifty options.After placing my order amount of 50000 I am not able to stop the intraday after profit of amount 5000.thereafter within 5minutes no way to stop the order and entire money 50000 was gone and went to negative amount of 10000 in my margin amount. That means I have to pay 10000 extra to Angel broking.Normally it has to stop at MTM of 80%.This is obviously because of your system fault.

Thanks to refund the margin money from your end and further trading.

1 Feb 2021 I am trading equity section is good when I am trade in mcx section so facing issue when I placed oder so not showing in my trade book and also not showing in my position but after 4-5 min seen position open in high price getting loss and when I am close the position so again 4-5 min after that close my position around 4 trade is getting around 1000 rs loss I want refund this amount otherwise I will share in public and news Chanel screenshot video

Brokerage and other really fill very bad service because no customer care number on after 6 pm I am trying around 12-15 number this company such very bad company

Hello sir i am new in market stocks and dont have so much time to be in online trading. Mistakely i activated angel platinum because one of your member suggested me to do so and i dont have time to trade online.so plz i request you to deactivate angel olatinum from my account and give back my rs 5000. Dear Sir,
I applied for closure of account to Kotak Securities and instructed to transfer the shares to angel broking. The Kotak Securities transferred the shares from Kotak Securities to Angel broking on 11/01/2021 at the prevailing rate of the day.
The total invested amount in individual shares has increased from the actual amount initially invested. In some, a particular case investment amount is being shown as zero.
I tried to appraise the situation to the executive at Angel Broking office at Jaipur but they say that nothing can be done as we do not have the previous record with us.
When I contact Kotak Securities it is said that the account has been closed and it is up to angel broking to complete the details. It is difficult to provide the details of the source of the escalated amount to income tax authorities.
Kindly provide a solution to this uncalled for situation and oblige.

Hello sir/madam . I dont need that service because i am not happy with it. I dont have that much time to recieve call between 9 am to 3 pm. And i also invested money in that share u told but i got negative result...so plz i want my 5k back. I had opened account in angel broking since 13 to 14 years back. I dont know this DEMAT account is still open and close as I have not used till date and I forget all credentials required to login in angel broking. I have tried to open again account in angel broking but DEMAT account is still showing exit against my pan number AIKPA6989N. Now I am unable to reopen the account as I m very keen to trade with angel broking. Requested either close my account which is still exist against my pan number AIKPA6989N, so that I can open again .

I had placed an order for coforge call strike price 2500 at premium of 87 .60
I had put a stop loss of 84.50 and the stop loss did not trigger
Also i tried to exit the trade manually but i was unable to
At the end of the day these guys cancelled my trade at a huge loss
I was unable to square of my position
This is a pure mistake at their end
If the balance is cut surely i will embarrass these guys on twitter file a consumer complaint against them and what not

However no action has been taken in the matter and no reply has been sent to me till date.

On 8 th January 2021 one of angel broking agent insisted me to join angel platinum service. I refused to join it in first instance but he told me that i am sending a mail link to you and you just opened the mail link and fill the questionnaire. i opened a mail link, and again said to him that this mail seems to related with angel platinum advisory service and i did not want to join this.

•then the amount of rs 5000 have bin deducted from my fund after 1 day.
The person who called me told me that if you will be unsatisfied from this service you can get refund before 90 days, and till now i am very much unsatisfied from this service...

After opening of account, one of angel broking agent call me and told that “ i am appointed your relationship manager from angel broking and your account mapped with me”. After introduction talk he insisted me to join angel platinum service. I refused to join it in first instance but he told me that i am sending a mail link to you and you just opened the mail link and fill the questionnaire. That will be helpful to provide client centric support in future.

• to believe on their word, i opened a mail link, and again said to him that this mail seems to related with angel platinum advisory service and i did not want to join this. But again he told me that you do not need to worry about it. I assure to you no amount will be deducted from your account. You just fill the questionnaire and submit it.

I was having continuous phone call from angel broking services to my enrolled mobile number for platinum service and i enrolled for angel platinum service on 16/10/2020 as they assured they will provide good quality research advise but i didn't receive any research advise and only wrong market strategy cancel my platinum membership and refund my 5000₹ back i am not satisfied with your service

We have sold shares before 4 days but still unable to withdraw amount i .e 23000. This amount shown in ledger but whenever tried for withdraw Total Amount shown 0 and unable to withdraw it. Following many times with customer care but didnt response properly.

When i was called to customer care he told me your account not suspender.
