[Resolved] Angel Broking — could not provide daily chart instead several attempt

I can not see the tick by tick and daily chart of equity and crude etc your i t department could not provide after many attemps please provide immediately they say my internet provider mtnl has not allowed me f t p So they can not transfer the file.
