[Resolved] Angel Broking — deducted money and now not giving proper response on my request to refund my money feeling cheated by them | |||
Yesterday i called the support number, support person told me that your money will be reversed in your account within 24 hour. It's already 24 hours have been completed and i haven't received my money. When i again called the support team and asked for exact time for getting my money back then support team told me that they can not provide the exact time and ask to contact their account team for the same, she also gave me account number which is[protected] but i called to that number and ask for the same they told me they are not from account team and they can not help me ask me again to call support team. When asked them to provide the account team contact number as support team has asked me the same then they told me they don't know the account team number. For last 3 days i am doing the follow-up to get my own money but this is what i am getting the response from them. Its ridiculous. I never imagined that such a big company will be behaving with this kind of attitude with their potential clients. Was this information helpful? | |||
