[Resolved] Angel Broking — Delaying opening account, fund confirmed but not showing in portfolio, unresponsive behaviour of customer care | |||||
Hi, On dated :[protected], i have applied for the angel broking and angel gold account by issued cheque of total 1, 10, 500 rs, where 100000 rs is for angel gold and 10, 500 rs for angel broking account. The representative said angel gold account will take 7 to 10 days and broking account will take 2-3 working days to be executed, broking account promise was fair it took 2 days to get access, but for angel gold today is[protected] and i dont have any clue whether my application even got submitted or not, everyday i call 2-3 times and they are at their best to give excuse by giving another reference phone number or say we dont yet recieve your application, i even sent mail but no response yet. So today is total 44 days, i dont know what is going and what is the status of my application. Was this information helpful? | |||||
