    Yesterday i purchase 50 shares at 725rupees bt next day it shows purchasing price 726.60 rupees
    It not happns only one time some days ago i purchase hdfclife shares first it shows excuted on 360 bt next day it also shows purchasing price 361.30rupes
    Tell me what i have need to do now and explain me why all this happen and solve this problem as soon as possible

      Dear sir,
      We have made application of rs. 200000 each for account no. A4634 and p3254 for “cpse etf” with security code 538057 and as it has to be given full allotment of 7848 units at rs. 25.48 per unit. But we have been allotted only rs. 886 units in each of the above account, fyi.
      We informed this matter to mr. Prashant khalpada - our broker and mr. Deval-rm-angel rajkot office, they explained us that this is mistake of angel broking ltd.- technical error-software issue / two application of rs. 200000/= has been made twice in each account / which has resulted in big financial loss to us which is unbearable. Pl. Be kind enough to confirm your mistake and give us pending units 6962 in each account or else pl. Re-credit rs. 400000 in each account as you have done two applications of rs. 200000 in each account.
      I am associated with angle broking ltd., since last 15 year with 8 accounts of my family and this is more than 15 times i have bear big financial loss year on year.
      So, please update your decision so that i can plan accordingly and see some other broker and demat organization with more advance facilities.

        I was offered an angel elite plan because i started with a 1lakh balance. However the executive who collected my documents left the job and never submitted ny forms to hyd for kyc & hence my account was suspended"user suspended".

        The second executive took the new form filled from me, however never puut the charges, but told me that my account would be re-activated as it was earlier, but that did not happened.

        For more than 30 days in a row, i was paying high brokerage charges.

        I am now requesting for my account to be re-evaluated and re-calculated and all the extra brokerages to be reversed back into my account

                Hi,
                My name is asif ansari (Account number:a53394).
                I tried to open an account with angel broking but they said you already have an account. You only need to deposit some money and start trading.
                Hands are deposited 3000 rupees and purchased some spicejet shares. 22 be precise.
                That was on 15th of february 2018.
                On 30th of april the shares were transferred to sharekhan account which i was not aware of account number 1640 6179.
                When i ask about the same angel broking said i do not have an account with them i only have an account with sharekhan.
                The shares were transferred without my consent and knowledge hence i ask them to return my money but they refused and said i will have to call sharekhan.
                So i call sharekhan and asked for the money. They said i will have to sell the shares so ask them to sell the shares.
                After selling shares they refuse to give the money stating that the money has been adjusted towards yearly fees.
                Please help me in getting my shares back into the angel broking account or return my money in full.

                    They are charging penalties despite putting enough cash balances in account... While account oening i was told that it was a zero charges account... Later they started charging different charges... Worst company worst service would love to close my account with them.

                    Whenever i call their customer care they transfer lines to each others & no once actually comes on call to resolve the issues... Everytime they say email to support email but never give resolution on phone very bad experience.

                      Hi,

                      With the reference to my previous complain service reference no is[protected] i deeply like to inform you that mr. Avhijit banerjee who is my current relationship manager broken all the promises again which he made to me after my first complain.
                      Just to provide you few background i like describe you how angel broking and his employee mr. Avijit banarjee cheated me.
                      When i first opened his account he promised me he will give me noticeable profite. I inversted 1, 00, 000 rs to angel broking through mr. Avijit.
                      With in 3 month without informing me he did unauthorized transaction and lost all my money. Whatever small profit he did for me those call i provided to him.
                      When my account went to negative balance and after my first complain he and his franchisee owner called me from some different phone number (Other than official) multiple times and again asked for some amount and promised me he will recover my loss with that amount. I again trusted him and paid him 6000 rs again. Again he did unauthorized transaction and lost all my money.
                      I am in a deep problematic situation right now because i trusted your company and mr. Avhijit.in this circumstances, i am requesting you to change my relationship manager to some real knowledgeable dealer and ensure the recovery of my money with immediate effect.
                      Please go through my account transaction and you will be able to understand what kind o[censored]nprofessional and unskilled transaction mr. Avhijit did with my account and as a result i lost 1.06 l rs.
                      I am going to complain against your company to sabi and if necessary i shall go to consumer court if you not take any action to recover my money. I shall spread my experience with you to all possible social networking site and broking firm review portal.
                      I am waiting for your prompt response regarding this matter. Hope you understand my situation and take the appropriate action to maintain the goodwill of your company.

                        Respected sir,
                        I mrs. Kamlaben parmar k91241 had opened a demat account with angel broking on[protected].
                        My brokerage was as under:
                        Intra day trading in cash segments 0.028%,
                        Delivery cash segments 0.280%,
                        Future trading single side 0.028%,
                        Option stock trading both side rs. 90.00,
                        Nifty trading both side rs 45.00.
                        Before opening account the relationship manager had committed me to give brokerage as under:
                        Intra day trading in cash segments 0.007%,
                        Delivery cash segments 0.070%,
                        Future trading single side 0.007%,
                        Option stock trading both side rs. 20.00,
                        Nifty trading both side rs 15.00.
                        I communicated with her and she replied that she will reduce it letter on. After that she mailed to reduce brokerage and now it is modified as "intra day trading in cash segments 0.010% on[protected]" and the rest are same as before.
                        Also i have submitted a form to add my another bank account with the demat account but it is still not updated.
                        Kindly consider my complaint and rectify it as soon as possible.

                            Sir, i did not get any reply [protected]@angelbroking.com to hrd mail, no reply would be mailed to rahat sharma.
                            Sir rajesh mishra my hod gave me a lot of pressure and released the video and gave me the resignation and held the salaries of the month of august. I am going to meet you at 21/07/2018 from 20/08/2018, and i have not been able to send any month as it is from 21/07/2018 to 20/08/2018 in the office. I have a meeting with the client and i would like to open a demet account.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I have been investing in stock markets for last 2 years in zerodha account. To invest better i have gone through a training program on fundamentals and technical’s under one of your angel broking dealer, bmp business cafe pvt ltd at vijayanagar in bangalore. Mr narendra kumar, during the course forced me to open a account under angel broking or else he denied for any help. On the last day of my course he took a call from my account to show how option trading works, during which he had my password after the completion of the course i joined a job and was busy in it. I had kept amount of rs 1 lakh in angel broking account for building long term shares. But without my notice or authorization mr narendra kumar has traded the full amount and made it zero. Upon talking to him he agreed for his mistake and promised to give me 1 lakh rupees. After 4 months on repeated follow up he gave rs 40, 000, but now he is denying to give the remaining amount. Kindly arrange for the refund, from your dealer, as this is completely fraud and cheating. I have been going through a very tough time as my monthly salary is just rs 20, 000. I need to take care of my home. Waiting for kind action on the same immediately. My user id is m118510.

                                My client code id A141532 .I called MY rm several time no response from her and then i called the other number they just rotates my call .but didn't give me the right solution .And i called them second time again they rotates my call and one of the agent his name is Anshu call me from his personal number and tell me "haan ab bta".If it continuous one day will come on which the company get shutdown due to these people.or may be this is the way angel broking works.Anshu's mobile number is [protected]..

                                And now Anshu is calling me and telling me that he will close my account and make all my funds in losses.How anyone trust Companies like Angel Broking .
                                Date 11/12/18 as per my calculations my profit is near about 20, 000 but I am receive only 900 rs in my account why?

                                This is not fair. What is that clear to me in very fast time.

                                My demate account no: pala1010. My account maintenance between rs 1 and rs 49000 only. but charge to me for DP account maintenance annual charges rs 531 in my account. But Angle broking brokers Told me at the time of account opening Thare are no annual charges up to rs 50000.

                                  Respected sir / madam,

                                  This is to inform you that i syed basarath a resident of bangalore was contacted by mr hanamant kullur of market mentors bangalore on behalf of angel sub broker mr santosh to open a demat account with angel broking and to trade and generate income from the funds in my demat account.

                                  On the 15th of november i was contacted by mr hanamant kullur on behalf of his partner mr santosh – who happens to be a sub broker of angel broking. He said that his company was helping people earn a steady income from the stock market and that he would set up and manage the funds in my demat account as he was authorised to do so by angel broking. He claimed to have more than 75 clients whose accounts he was handling and was generating a good regular income.

                                  He was aware that i had zero knowledge of the stock market and he assured me that he has been a top stock trader and that he was facilitated by zee tv and was awarded the title of ‘sensex ka sultan’. I trusted his words looking at his website and reviews on google.

                                  On the 20th mr kullur visited me at my residence and opened my demat ac. He also showed me how to transfer the funds from my bank account to the demat. He said that angel would send me my password and he asked me to share it with him once the password is generated.

                                  Now the events unfold as follows:

                                  Since angel broking does not accept payments from the citibank gateway mr hanamant called and gave me details of angel broking’s mumbai mg road bank account and he asked me to rtgs the funds to that account and said it will be transferred to my demat. I did as was instructed and rtgs’ed the funds.

                                  On the 23rd of of november rupees 8, 00, 000.00 [eight lakhs] was reflecting in my demat account.

                                  On the 26th mr hanamant logged in and said he would start trading. I had no idea what he was going to do and he assured me that he knows what to do. At first he sends me two screenshots showing profit and says we are making money.

                                  After market hours i messaged him and asked about the days trade. He did not answer. Later that evening i got an email from angel broking showing the days trade and in that it showed -34, 450. I was confused and so messaged mr kullur again asking him what has happened. I also asked him to clarify why i have been charged rs, 212000 as brokerage over and above the loss of 34, 450. He blamed angel broking saying he has asked for the lowest brokerage and that angel had not changed the brokerage. At this point he also assures me via a whatsapp message that he has spoken to angel broking and has asked them to credit back that 212000 taken as brokerage. He said it will be done in the next two to three days.

                                  On the 27th as usual mr hanamant traded again and when i got the email in the evening it showed -4, 00, 000 odd. I did not understand and i asked hanamant why the ledger balance was so low. He said he had bought some bank nifty at a good price and was holding and was in a good chance to make lots of money to recover the losses of the previous day.

                                  Again i waited hoping that he would be correct on his call and that he was genuine. He kept reassuring me that he knew what he was doing and that he knew there would be a huge profit.

                                  The next day i got to know there was a loss of -5, 04, 069.00. I again messaged and asked him as to why the loss was created and he said angel did not allow him to hold the position and he was forced to exit at a loss. He said that it was nothing to worry and that the brokerage and other things would be refunded by angel broking. At every step he claimed that angel broking was the one to blame.

                                  At this point i was really worried as a huge capital depreciation had occurred and this was my life savings.

                                  Again on the 28th he trades and created another loss of -46, 565.00. At this point i am irritated and i ask him why there is loss after loss and he ends up not replying and after sending 100’s of messages he send a message saying it will all be set right over the next few days.

                                  On the 29th he trades again and loses -19, 027.00. I am at my wits end and i ask him for an explanation. He avoids my messages and blocks all incoming calls. I then changed the trading password and waited for him to call me as he would not be able to access the account.

                                  Meanwhile with all this tension and with a loss of capital of -6, 00, 000.00 i had high bp and developed health complications and was being treated for the same. This has been so traumatic and everytime i enquired mr hanamant kept blaming angel broking and assured me that my money and brokerage would be refunded. I have his messages where he assured me of the same.

                                  I have no idea and was not informed of the positions being bought or held or sold. I have been taken for a ride by your sub broker and his partner and this company called market mentors. I started researching on the internet and i found a lot of info where people have complained about mr hanamant and how he has lost money for a lot of people. He has training classes and sells his knowledge and then makes people open demat accounts and then helps them lose all their money and finally blocks his numbers and avoids the clients.

                                  Mr hanamant has admitted saying he gets huge commissions for opening demat accounts and every time people trade the company gives him 70% of the brokerage. So all in all i as a person have lost more than 6 lakhs and angel broking and its sub brokers are looting and sharing the brokerage.

                                  Sir / madam, i request you to get me justice in this case and please study the transactions and see - even a kid will understand that many of the transactions were done on purpose to lose money. Buying high and selling low. I don't know why a proper stop loss was not utilised and why the trading was unethical.

                                  Waiting to hear from you at the earliest in this regards as i have faith in your grievance system and i know you will do your best to resolve this matter.

                                  Kindly Note that Angel Broking has charged huge commissions and on the first day I have paid brokerage of 212000 alone... They are hand in glove with the Sub Brokers and together they loot people.

                                  Your Sub Broker has charged excessive brokerage and has earned more than 2, 50, 000.00 in just 4 days of trading... Is this ethical on the part of the company as well as your Sub Broker - SNOE

                                  My Capital has come to 2L from 8L causing me a loss of 6L and at the same time you and your sub broker have earned 2.5L.

                                  I was promised a brokerage reversal by your sub broker...

                                    Hello,

                                    I have got a call from angel broking asking for opening an account in angel broking. I have submitted the necessary documents (Aadhar, pan card, bank statements - 6months). After opening the account the person named santhosh ([protected]) requested me to deposit an amount and i deposited 20k. He told he is helping customers to do business and will help in that. He collected my clientid and password and by evening i got a message saying he will call next day. He didnt call me till now. The account was opened on nov 30th 2018.
                                    He disconnected his phone and with doubt i logged and see that he has done some kind of transactions and i lost 20k. None of the transactions are shown in website.
                                    Could you please help in returning that money and arresting this guy. I will be filing a police complaint soon. Also i will be filing a case in cyber police to track this guy. He is no more available in phone or whatsapp.

                                    I guess this is the Same Santosh that works with HANAMANT KULLUR of MARKET MENTORS in BANGALORE - his Sub broker code is SNOE. Please confirm and take action as he and Hanamant have cheated me too and caused a huge loss of 6L of my capital in just 4 trades... The office is now closed and both chaps are absconding..

                                    Yes, this Santosh Gupta is based out of Kolkata and he did fraud to many customers under the name of Angel broking.When I contacted Angel broking Kolkata office, they just shed off their responsibility by saying that he was fired from job and there is nothing more they can do.Maybe Angel broking is also involved and that is why they are not taking any legal action.He gave me his account number under the pretext of Angel broking recommendations service and took money.

                                      I had opened sub broker and dmat account with Angrl Broking in May 2018. After opening account, I saw their service was horribly poor and nobody guided me to use anything about the software. From there it all started that they never responded for anything at all. So I wanted to cancel my SB account and was behind them for nearly 2 months to cancel my accounted refund my deposit amount 50, 000rupees. They cancelled my Sb account, but it's been6months I am behind them asking for refund. But every time they assure they will refund immediately and it Never happens. I have dealt with and had account few other recently new brokers (Sebi registered ). But I have never such a third class broking company in my entire life. I really wonder how NSE is letting such companies to run this business.
