Hi,
I had invested in F&O call order on dated 09 Dec 2021 in 09:22am.
When I tried to exit my order and book my profit it was showing forwarded and not executed on that time.I tried so many times to exit but its not worked.I did tried for SL Order, Market Order and Limit Order but again not worked .I also did logout and login 2-3 times but same issue was there Immediately I called to Customer care team they also said that there was issue with Angel Broking server. Meanwhile I lost Rs 3642/-.
This is not my mistake. I will not accept this loss because of the broker server.I have shared screenshots of problems which I have faced.
Angel one app got hanged and just because of Angel One server I lost Rs 3642/-
This is not my issue and their Customer care Team (Ms Pranjal Singh) Also agreed on phone call that angel one facing system issue that time.I will not accept this loss because of broker.
I request you kindly initiate refund as soon as possible.
What is my mistake ??? Just show me my mistake so that I can accept this loss
Why did your app got Hanged during the trading hour??
Everyday Angel One server maintenance happens from 12 to 08 am then why did your app not worked in trading hours??
